I was displeased. We ordered four racks, and one was motorized. I told him I didn't want it to be motorized, because of where it was going to be located. It was on the walls where the water pipes run through it. They are suppose to be reimbursing us, because he paid for it all up front. We are still waiting to get our refund. They said they were going to re-minus the stocking fee. We still haven't been refunded for the work done, and we are not pleased. We paid for stuff we haven't gotten.

Could not have asked for more promptness or friendly people. All went exactly as planned, communicated extremely well and we had some weather delays, but Sal was in constant contact letting us know the status. Garage looks amazing too.

Several months ago I hired this company to install storage racks in my garage. As part of the contract I purchased a ladder holder and a large hanging basket for sports equipment. The contractor never delivered these items and has made promises to do so on two occasions, but has not delivered. I have left several messages and he does not respond. Once he did respond when I called from a new number, but he simply re-promised and did not deliver. Additionally, several of the screws have com undone and I have realized the job was done very quickly without attention to detail in some cases. Please be aware of this treatment if you seek to contract this company's services.

We were getting ready to put our home on the market in San Antonio and needed to have something done with the flooring in all 3 garages. Garage Solutions of SA did a wonderful job on the flooring putting the polyaspartic flooring down. What an incredible transformation! The guys were on time, very professional, hard working, and very nice. We definitely want to have it done in our new home in the future and highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed with the results of the polyaspartic flooring... it's well worth the money and investment. We picked the saddle tan color and will pick that same flooring for the new house when we have it done.

They were punctual. I could not comment if they were competent or not. I cannot comment on their price as well as I did not compare their prices with anyone else. They did not push themselves too much. I would use their services in the future also.

The quality of their product was good and they did a great job. They do a lot of houseful organizations. They were very professional and prompt. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

Garage Solutions was excellent. Sal was very responsive to our needs and he did what he said he'd do, when he said he'd do it.Very happy with product and overall experience. Would highly recommend.
