OMG... Hand's down THE best experience at an auto service shop I have ever had ! Rudy took a quick look at my truck, grabbed a length of pipe and made several bends in it and put it up to my truck and the fit was no less than absolute perfection ! I was in and out of there in 25 minutes. If friendliness, professionalism, and quality craftsmanship is what your looking for then look no further than OPTION MUFFLER !!!

I've gone to Rudy for over 20 years and taken 3-4 of my cars. He's an artist! Most shops have expensive custom bent pipes. He has a stock of generic pipes and a bending machine. He bends them like an artist, quick and accurate. He uses a torch and welder with ease. This saves on expensive parts. I've never seen someone like this, one of a kind!

Very very nice people- friendly, thorough and fast. They saved me over a thousand dollars, no kidding! Definitely didn't accurately express my gratitude, but I brought them a box of donuts when I picked up the car because I was so happy. I called them the week before for a price estimate, which was accurate to the price I paid. The day of I called in the morning, they said to bring the car right in. They showed me the part and told me the price and amount of time it would take (1 hour!), and while they were working on it they noticed that the resonator had damage and offered to replace it ($45), which I accepted, and they also told me how much longer that would take. They were finished with the car when I got there, they charged me what they had quoted me, and I'm very happy with their service.

GREAT!! I arrived at the shop opening time, and met with the co-owner. I described what I was trying to achieve with the exhaust, and mentioned my concerns, due to the vehicle being brand new. He advised me he understood the job I was requesting, and assured me that there was no issue in doing this correctly. He quoted me $50.00 to complete the job. He had his son and grandson working at the business, and they all were very competent in the work they were doing. They removed the stock twin mufflers, and replaced with straight pipe as I desired. The workmanship was top-notch, and they were very fast in completing the job. The vehicle sounds as I expected, and I am very happy with Option Muffler. It was nice to see a family owned business operating professionally and passing on the trade to the next generation.
