I was in a bit of a panic. Our home sold but we needed our chimney inspected and serviced per the Home Inspection report. We hardly use it and had not had this service done in the past. Apparently it is a service that is booked for 2-3 weeks out. Everyone I called was too close to or passed the closing date which would not do. I happened on OneWay Pest ( I suppose squirrels and birds in chimneys are considered pests)... and thankfully Manny set me up for early Monday of the following week. Jaime came out, put a drop cloth down and brought his own little vacuum (we had vacuumed it earlier). He was thorough, replaced the c-clamp we had already purchased, and was efficient. Our new home will have a fireplace also and we will definitely use him again.
