Quality of workmanship did not meet my expectations. Been 3 weeks and still in progress.

Thank you to HomeAdvisor and Old Man Roofing. { I did not request other estimates, but the amount charged seemed fair all factors considered.)

Very hard workers replaced my entire roof and thoroughly cleaned up after. They even cleaned out my gutters. Not only did they do excellent work every single person who worked on my job was courteous, friendly and trustworthy. Just outstanding work at very reasonable prices. HIGHLY recommend.

Roof hail damage . Even though it took 4-5 mos to schedule (we were informed that it would take that long due to work backlog) the work was completed as promised before Christmas 2016. Very nice crew that cleaned up well. The owner reviewed the work with me before payment. 6 mos later I noticed a small leak in the garage ceiling after a heavy rainstorm. I called the company and they came out within 2 hours and located the leak and repaired it permanently . It is a pleasure to see that they believe in customer service AFTER the sale ! I would highly recommend this company !

The sub-contractor showed up and started to installed the roof materials that were delivered. The contractor gave him only the address and not specifics, i.e., replace metal valleys, metal drip edges, install a ridge vent with "Z" ridge crown. The sub-contractor inter-lace the shingles in one valley over the old metal valley, and later lifted these shingles to insert the new metal valley underneath with out nailing down the metal valley. Otherwise the sub-contractor did a very good job and I would recommend him. He was working with what was provided, he had to run to McCoys to get the metal valley, when I informed him that it was part of the contract. Old Man Roofing owners are honest and fair, but lack the courtesy of returning phone calls and communicating the contract requirements with the sub-contractor, this is why I cannot recommend the company.

I'm very pleased with the work done. The Estimator & Owner are honest and easy to work with. Had a few issues that they were happy to fix including touching up the paint on the trim. I recommend this company to any single women worried of being taken advantage of by contractors.

I found Old Man Roofing to be a very honest company. They are locally owned and guarantee their work. Also, they offered a very fair price . I appreciated the way they took care of keeping the area clean and free of nails or debris. After the recent rain, there was a spot that needed attention. Joe returned immediately and is resolving the issue. I would definitely recommend this company for your roofing needs.

I had some special requests due to my 94 year old mother being in the house. Old Man Roofing worked with me, listened to my numerous questions, provided a excellent price and went out of their way to make things as seamless as possible. I have extensive landscaping, pots of flowers, etc. and they covered everything to prevent damage. I am so glad I was willing to wait and did not hire one of the roofers that were from out of town. With a 10 year warranty on labor you cannot beat these folks. Good people too!

We have a very steep pitch roof with multiple dormers, which some roofing companies didn't even seem to want to replace when we have lots of damage from the big hail storm that hit the area. Old Man Roofing didn't even flinch at taking on this job. There were holes in the ridge cap where water was getting in the house, and due to all the rain the roof couldn't be replaced right away. The owner himself came out and blue tarped the roof in that area. The workers were all very pleasant, professional, and took the time required to do the work in a quality manner. The roof looks great. And, by the way, we've had a lot of rain recently with no indications of any problems. I highly recommend this company.

Old Man Roofing was timely with all aspects of the job. From the initial appointment and proposal, to completion of the job, their follow up and customer service was impeccable. They are a professional group who take their service and customer satisfaction seriously. Great work Sherry and Joe.

Old Man Roofing was easy to contact. They presented their professional license along with their proposal in a folder. They did not ask for any money down until the job was complete. They finished the job in a day and a half. Our new roof looks great! I have already recommended them to 2 of our friends.

As a single woman, it is difficult to find honest contractors. OMR responded quickly to my call, quickly had my roof scheduled to be stripped and re-roofed. They also replaced the side wall siding of my home and did a beautiful job. These are good, honest folks who are local and can be depended on. I'm glad I called them, I would recommend them to anyone.

After a couple of cancellations because of equipment or lack of equipment the job was completed satisfactially.

A subcontracted crew did the work and not to specifications in February 2016. However; it took 9 months and a BBB complaint to have the company owner (who took the job in the first place) come back, and actually do the job correctly which only took 2.5 hrs to complete. If you are a small job, be warned.

JOE and Sherry are honest, hard working, deliver on their promises, 10 years warranty that transfers with the house, quick to deliver (did the roof in one day!), reasonable but thorough and on and on. Had to replace my roof in time for closing when selling my house. The set a date for me and we're one week early. Never had to be with them on site. Had a neighbor watching and they were amazed. They clean up.after themselves and even met me to get their check. Amazing small company. Support these people!

All work was timely and professional. The new roof looks great.

Joe Cobb and his employees were punctual and did an excellent job on the deck roof. Joe also kept us updated through the entire roofing process. I would definitely hire Old Man Roofing again.

I was impressed with Joe and his crew, work was completed timely, I also needed my chimney repaired which was done with perfection. I would highly recommend. I was promised a follow up in a month which will be in February 2016.

They were always available from the first meeting to the last and always answered any and all questions asked.

These folks were easy to work with and they FOLLOW UP! Not every contractor follows up.
