Garage Door Opener Repair or Adjustment
OGD told my 80yr old father that the electric didn't work, they don't do electrical, and charged him $208. I tried reaching out to customer service but they wanted proof of power of attorney. OGD says they are veteran run but they sure didn't respect this Vietnam vet. Do better for our elderly and vets.

"Good Morning! May i ask the address in which this service was provided? I can look into this here, but that would be correct if something electrical was causing any issue, we do have technicians but not electricians. I don't believe we would charge anything if it wasn't a repair we can provide."

I called them at last minute with my garage door not opening amd closing. within that day they had some one over and they did lot more fixed it, was like a full service in a timely matter! def recommend them. Samuel was really good at the repair and maintenance.
