EcoWater is professional and knowledgeable. Every member of their staff, from the office receptionist to the installers to the service technicians know their products well and make sure you get what you need. Eric Hale has been the service technician at our last two maintenance checks on our ROS and always makes sure we know the regular maintenance we can do at home to ensure the system performs at it’s best. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.

The service was done to a high quality standard. My system was eco water and they had acquired eco water in san Antonio and had all the warranty information. Spigot was an upgrade but the water softener was completed under warranty.

Each time, Eric went further than the reason for the service call to thoroughly examine, test, explain and fix problems. The company is quick to respond, professional and user friendly. We always get a fast appointment, on time arrival and complete clean up of the work area. Oasis will always be our 1st choice for RO and water softener work.
