We contacted them for initial service and they were able to take care of the ats. We now have them for a quarterly service. The quarterly service is they do exterior spray for a preventative meaures. This plan includes 18 different types of bugs and rodents. The technicians are very professional and we are very pleased with them so far. They even came out at no charge after a rain to redo the spraying. There is a new type of ant in our area, and they gave us an additional treatment for this. They also educate you on the different types of ants and the treatments they use at no cost. They are a family company and it really shows in their work.

Initial cost was about $450. Have had them come back once a year for a follow-up with no problems identified at about $80 per visit. Well worth it for piece of mind. Sold the house this year and after some concern by the buyer, they came back and rechecked and explained the previous findings all at no charge. That was a much appreciated service. Didn't rate punctuality and professionalism since my property manager dealt with them mostly but I suspect he would have given them an A rating also.

I have no problems with them. I will continue to use them in the future. They do a good job.

Their price is considerably less than other providers that we have used in the past. We spend probably 60% of what we paid to another provider. Their service has been equally good. We are on a contract.

They are a family-owned company. They are always very pleasant when I talk to them on the phone. They are always willing to refund money if I see any other bugs. They work around my schedule. We never have problems with pests, and they do a great job. We have two animals that have survived through it.
