Keith was very knowledgeable about water softeners, excellent installation, very courteous. Great price and service.
A few months later, I had a water issue that was unrelated to my water softener. I wasn't sure what the source of the problem was. He kindly took several of my calls over several days helping me diagnose the problem. Turns out it was my pressure regulator valve that needed adjusting. He went above and beyond. Thanks Keith! The water softener (and filter) works great.
