 + -1 moreTerrible. Get everything in writing. Get a detailed receipt for everything. Not trustworthy or responsive.
Description of Work: I was billed several months after installation for a motion sensor after it was paid for at installation. I called several times to get it resolved and asked for an itemized statement detailing the $604 equipment fee I paid at installation. To date, about five months after the charge appeared on my account, I still have not received the itemized receipt I requested.
