It went well. The price may have been a bit higher because they are a dealer but everything went well. The engine light did come on about a month after the repair. I didn't bring the car back after the light came on.

They're all new to me, and it was kind of low, so I'd give them a B. I think I got a good deal.

The last time I went there was I ordered some parts from the parts counter. It was last year for little things. I would say around October. The parts were about $65. The best part was they order their auto parts very quickly. I was surprised at how much the parts were but they were more than I thought they were going to be. They were fine.

It was okay and everything was alright. It was a new vehicle so it was under warranty. They did the service as it was supposed to be and did it on time.

I go every 5,000 miles. My car's in excellent shape and it's in '06. One time, I have to take it in for something and they have had to keep it overnight and they gave me a loaner.

They were very professional and very, very friendly. They helped me out quite a bit from the service to the financial department. The atmosphere was great and it was clean. They had a waiting room and a restaurant. They had some things for free. It was very, very family oriented. They were easy to negotiate with. I spent less than I expected. I would absolutely use them again.

I take my car in every 5000 miles for an oil change. During the change they are supposed to do a diagnostic check. After I have had them fixed they continue to tell me I need the same things fixed. After I had my oil changed, I had a light come on, a couple days later I started to hear a noise. I took it to another auto service and they told me I needed brake pads. There was even damage to my roters. They did fix it after I called and spoke to one of the partners

They were pretty fast in diagnosing and fixing the problem. Their price is a little high. I will use them again.

First, let me say that I buy and trade a lot of cars due to the high amount of miles I drive. As a result, I have dealt with virtually every major new car dealer in the San Antonio area. This dealership, by far, is one of a VERY small group that I would call the best in San Antonio.
On my first experience, in the summer of 2009, I ordered a new 2010 Toyota Prius. A few days later, the "Cash for Clunkers" program kicked off, and the entire national Toyota network was swamped. I had put down a $500 deposit, and when Toyota couldn't deliver the car in a timely manner, North Park Toyota refunded my deposit with NO problems, hassles, complications or excuses whatsoever. Good on them!
My next experience was servicing my 2009 Camry hybrid. Fast, reliable, courteous, and they have a waiting area that looks more like a vacation resort lodge than a car dealership. Plus, every time I took the car in for anything (oil change, state inspection, etc.) the car is washed and vacuumed when I get it back. Very good on them!
Now, for my last experience (Dec. 2011) is the main reason for writing this report. I traded that Toyota in on a used SUV. BLAINE WADDELL was my sales rep and Justin was the finance manager that completed the paperwork. OUTSTANDING service all around; the best price I had been offered on my traded in from anyone (including North Star Dodge (horrible) and Jordan Ford (rude used car manager) and Southway Ford, which lowballed their offer for my car) and a very fair price on the vehicle I purchased. Justin checked the rates at all local banks and credit unions, and did NOT offer any pressure to buy extended warranties or "miracles in a can" paint or fabric protectant packages.
Overall: A+ professional folks that I will use again!!!

They were fine. They were really nice. I can't compare their service to anything because I only use them.
