They did a good job but they took almost 2 and a half months to do it, the worst of it is they drove the car for 900 unauthorized miles on the leased car that I have. If I could have filed a police report I would have.

The customer service was pretty bad, but the work was good. I didn't price anybody else. The quality of work was very good.

It went very well. They gave me a quote for repairs as soon as I arrived. They explained what they were going to do, and the car was ready they said it would. The car looked brand new again.

I have a low mileage 1999 Lexus GS400 that is still and quot;like newand quot;. I was rear-ended by a Dodge Truck and the car was severely damaged behind the rear doors. The other party's insurer wanted to total the car for about $12,000 rather than repair it. North Park Collision worked with me and my insurer to have the car repaired and did an excellent job in a timely manner. I have had work done there several other times (have 5 cars and a truck) and have always been satisfied with their customer support/help and the quality of their work, so have no problem highly recommending them for auto collision repairs. Sandy is my customer service rep. and is always knowledgeable, friendly and keeps on top of status. Excellent customer service from her.

The representative with whom we dealt was very responsive. We first contacted her the week after Christmas and dropped the car off on 1/3/2012. She handled all the issues with my insurance company and kept us updated on progress. Relative to previous repairs I've had in Dallas with a much larger body shop, we were pleased with how quickly they completed what was a relatively extensive repair. We were also pleased with the quality of the repair. This is the most damage I've ever had to a vehicle in 30+ years but also the smoothest repair. Would strongly recommend use of this company.

Asked the service rep. twice if they would detail the car or would I have to get that somewhere else. Asked this because during the accident the passengers coffee spilled on the mats, dash, seats, and headliner and needed to be cleaned up. Service Rep. assured me they would take care of this. When we attempted to pick car up this was not done and the shop person said they knew nothing about the request. They did clean up most of the coffee stains, I had to complete the job. Also, told the service rep that the trunk floor had a crease in it that they would have to force open the trunk to see. They ordered parts for the job but, once they had the car taken apart, found additional damage in the trunk and had to order parts. This caused a delay in getting the car fixed (took 6 weeks). After picking up the car my wife noticed the car pulling to the left and called the service rep to see if alignment was needed, he assured her a rear end collision would not affect the alignment. Took the car into Lexus and the car needed alignment. Service rep. did not listen well and did not pass on information relay to him to the shop.

This company gave satisfaction on a previous job, but couldn't get their act together this time. I had an appointment to bring the car in Mon. am 9/25/06 and it was to be ready Thurs. 9/28. I called at closing time Tues. to see how it was going, and they hadn't even assigned it to a tech! Then Kevin said they hoped to have it ready on Fri., then Mon. Kevin needed prompting to call USAA about extending my rental car payment. I got my car back finally on the afternoon of Tues., 10/3! On the plus side, Kevin was polite and very apologetic when I picked up my car. It also had been washed, which may or may not have been part of the repair process. Also it was repaired for the estimated price. I don't know whether the fault lies with Kevin or the company, which did another repair for me a year ago with no problems, either in sticking to the time or cost of their estimate. Also on that occasion, this co. gave the lowest estimate of several I tried.
