SEARCH NO FURTHER! after calling several places and getting no answer, Sears did answer and scheduled appointment for Tue. HOWEVER, NOEL ANSWERED IMMEDIATELY, WAS AT OUR HOME WITHIN THE HOUR, DIAGNOSED, HAD THE REPLACEMENT PART AND INSTALLED IN ABOUT 20 MINUTES! EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH THIS REPAIR AND SERVICE! WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOEL!

He fixed the problem the same day.

I am very pleased with the work Mr. Hernandez does. He is reliable and professional. And he is reasonably priced. I will most definitely use him again.

The gentleman did a very good job. I learned that he also services window AC units, as well as installs them. This is something I plan on doing in the very near future. Noe was professional and tended to business, and his prices are very reasonable. I will most definitely be using his services in the future.

Great service. Noel gave me possible ideas over the phone as to what might be the problem based on my description and he gave me ball park estimates for different solutions.  His guess on the phone and estimate were right on target.  He was expedient and professional.   He showed me that the last repairman only repaired half of the coupling and did not use the same material as the other side of the coupling so it did not hold up.
Before he left, Noel took the time to look at another appliance and was able to give me advice and an estimate for a possible repair it might need if the advice alone did not resolve the issue.  I highly recommend Noel for appliance repair.

Noel Hernandez came out within hours of my call for help. He diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator/freezer as a faulty compressor. He gave me the option (and necessary cost and other information) to replace or buy a new refrigerator. I elected to replace the compressor. He found the compressor and was able to make the repair the next morning. His responsiveness, professionalism and expertise is exceptional. I'd highly recommend his service and he is now my "go to" guy for all future appliance servicing.

Dryer stopped working a couple of days before the start of school. Was in a panic. The dryer would turn on/sensing device would be on but no dryer turning. Later, I found out the computer chip had short out in the computerized panel. Needless to say, thought I would have to buy another dryer since I had this one since 2004, a year after the birth of my child and now this child is 11 years old. Yep. I AM SENTIMENTAL.... Noel took the actual computer board out figured out the problem, and realized possibly he could save me a huge amt of money for possibly having to buy another dryer. He could weld the part back, but was honest about he is no expert when it comes to guaranteeing the dryer would work again. We would have a 50% chance. Well low and behold he did the work on that same day and returned to finish the job the next day. His theory worked and he was amazed that he fixed it. I was very satisfied with the work although initially before leaving on the first visit call he quoted me total cost of $125.00 and then when job was finished it was $175.00. I am glad it is fixed, and on top of that job he got a another job referral from me to fix a friend's dryer within same neighborhood. I would think a referral and getting some more bucks in your pocket from a new work order would be shown to a good paying customer by deducting from the current bill.

Noel was great. He came on a Saturday on his day off to take a look at our busted fridge. Luckily it was a simple replacement of the circuit board (which he had on hand). Very courteous and explained everything. From the problem to the solution. Fair and honest. Would recommend him 100%.

Noel Hernandez promptly came to the rescue on a Saturday to let us know our dryer vent was clogged with lint and mold. He doesn't supply that service, but told us how to fix it and the simple $45 service charge and a bit of cleaning up by my husband got us back on track, fast. Thank you, Noel! Noel showed up on time and examined our washing machine which was not doing the rinse/spin cycle properly. He didn't just glance at it and throw out a number, he opened it up, spent time examining it all over the place. He said he could fix it, priced the part plus labor and it was around $300. He pointed out that he could sell us one of his refurbished washers of a better quality for $300 instead, and said that it also has cheaper replacement parts so that in future it will cost less to maintain. We agreed to this, and since he refurbished washers we asked if he wanted to buy our old one cheap and refurbish it for a future customer. He said that if it were a different brand he would, but that he won't sell this brand to his customers because they're bad washers. Which, in my mind, is a good thing showing that he actually cares about his customers.
Now obviously he could have offered to sell us his refurbished washer at a higher price than the quote for replacement, but he didn't. We have a very big washer, so knowing the new ones sell for $650+ he could've probably gotten us to buy a refurb for more than the part but less than new. But he didn't try to take advantage and make a ton of cash off of us. Also being a house of women he didn't try to speak down in the way that others have in the past just because we're female. He was a quiet, polite gentleman who treated us respectfully.

Noel replaced 4 igniters on my stove. He arrived on time as scheduled and was very professional. The quality of his work was exceptional. He went beyond the service required by replacing the screws near the igniter which will make future repairs easier.

I called in the AM and by that afternoon he was fixing my problem. Noel was very professional and explained the problem to me before proceeding with the repair. I would definitely use him again.

Noel arrived at our residence to inspect our refrigerator on the same day that I first contacted him. He was very reliable and did a great job with getting our refrigerator going. My husband and I highly recommend him.

My refrigerator wasn't keeping food cold so I called around to get a repairman. This was on Saturday, June 8. Places that were listed as being open on Angie's List were actually closed. I reached Noel Hernandez and he also wasn't working as he was with his family. He did however offer to come the next day, Sunday, June 9th. He arrived and discovered the controls were not working, He did a temporary fix as the part had to be ordered. He got the part and returned on Friday, June 15th and installed the part. Great work and great professionalism. I'm really grateful that he was willing to come on Sunday and didn't charge and quot;weekend or emergencyand quot; rates for it.

He came out right away and fix everything. A month later the freezer started building up again and the dryer started making a noise again. He came back no extra charge. I was very pleased with the overall service, everything went great.
