New Horizons Carpeting

I hired them to install carpet in the house. I was expecting to see two people come and removed and install the carpet but one guy did all the work in less than 2 hours. I did not have any furniture in the house the guy removed all the carpet in less than 30 minutes I was impressed with his speed and before I had the time to inspect he was measuring and cutting the new carpet to have it installed. Two-hour latter and 900 square foot the carpet was installed.

They did a great job, very professional and courteous. They were easy to work with. I was not in the area yet he communicated well with me. He answered all questions, and addressed concerns. He sent pictures of completed work. I was very pleased. I would recommend and use them again.

Reason why 4 stars on customer service, late start each day. George is very detail in what he does and takes his time to do it right. Originally quoted for carpet on stairs, but end up doing carpet on stairs, shower tear out, re-tile shower, put down hardwood on stair landing and put down laminate in closets

We called them and they came and gave a quote same day for a small area to remove some carpet and replace with tile we had and retack carpet. Did the job the next day in less than 2 hours. The tile and grout matched the existing perfect. They even added the quarter round to the baseboards. Super job for a great price. Would definately hire again and recommend.

Jose arrived for a quote when he said he would, unlike some other installers. He and his helper showed up on time for the kitchen ceramic tile job and had the job finished the next day. Their work was excellent, the price was reasonable and they moved appliances with utmost care. They did a good job cleaning up afterward. I highly recommend them.
