Personable and professional.... While other contractors wanted to totally remove and rebuild the railings on our multi-level deck, Gio had the vision to repair/refurbish the railings. He retained the original deck concept we loved and literally made it "look better than new"...and at significantly lower cost than other estimates. Thanks again Gio.

Gio is the best contractor we have worked with in many years. For context, we have quite high standards and Gio is the only contractor in recent memory who has met and exceeded our expectations. He quickly and effectively provided information for our HOA application, enabling an almost-immediate approval. His specifications were significantly superior to the contractor employed by our builder, as were his materials and workmanship; all at a significantly lower price. As the deck went up, we saw the hidden features that will extend the life of our deck; something that he could have ignored and we would never have known. We had a constrained timeline and he was flexible in scheduling to work within our timing limits. Bottom line, if you hire Gio for your next job, I am absolutely confident that you will be thrilled with the results.
