Nature's Own Chimney Cleaning

Was told the crew would be here between 9-11. First crew showed up at 11:30 and the next crew didn't show until 12:30. The first crew didn't finish the '1 day job' and left the project in less than satisfactory condition. The second crew showed up a week later and finished the job back to close to original condition. Marcelo followed through and did a good job. I'd use him again. Thanks.

Outstanding service. I typically don't write reviews, however John did such a great job that I had to share my experience. He was on time, professional, and most importantly no mess.

The chimney cleaning was done well, but they added a dryer vent cleaning, without authorization, and billed for it without notifying me of any change in the original quote. The fire place repair was its own fiasco. First it was one panel to replace for $350, then it was $450 because there was a "tuck" that needed to be done, and of course, no notification of change in price or quote until the sent me the invoice by email. When the actual repair was done, they discovered it was much more, two additional panels needed to be replaced, which they quoted at $175 each, in addition to the $450. They sent me a bill for $1350. I expected an additional 350 to the 450 (Plus 99 for the chimney), which is still under a 1000. The work was completed timely, but after some conversation with their administrative supervisor, the cost was adjusted to $919 for all the work. With all this "not sure why this happened" business going on, I will have to hire another professional to inspect the work completed to make sure it was done correctly. I wouldn't trust this company since they can't even find their own errors, or correct them the first time they are brought to their attention. From a $350 estimate, to a $1350 bill, which was corrected to $900; something is not right with these people. I will follow up when I find out if the work completed was a quality job or not.

Great job and service on fireplace, but don't use them for any of their other services like pest or lawn...no good. Plus the guy we had, Nick, is no longer with the company, based on the other services, the fireplace service may not be so good now either!

Jason was very cordial and easy to deal with.  Called several times to ensure I knew when they would be here.
Promptly set up upon arrival and started cleaning.
Did what I would consider a good job and was polite & professional

The technician called when he was on his way during the time block I was given for service call. Very professional, efficient & performed service without any inconvenience to me.  When job was completed it I noticed that the work performed was not as lengthy as previous companies who did the same service.  I asked him why he did not have to get on the roof, he said thier system did not require roof access.  The first time I used my fireplace after it was cleaned there was a lot of black soot that came out as soon as I opened the flue.  I got a flashlight and looked up into the chimney to see that the cleaning job was not done well and I was very disappointed.  I orginally had to wait over two months to get someone out here to do the job, then I was very disappointed in the work performed.  Did not clean up his mess on the exterior of fireplace when finished and didn't clean the inside of fireplace itself.  Was only on location a total of 30 minutes, which anyone can tell you it's impossible to do this work in such a short peroid of time and not get on the roof. A part of the deal was to inspect everything including the chimney cap and this cannot be done without getting on the roof either.
