Tulio was on time, he fit me into his schedule, did the job much quicker than the other quotes said they would, and he was reasonably priced. I checked at least 10 other places prior to getting to Myspace Home Improvement, turns out he was better than the rest.

Compared to estimates from several contractors on Angie's List, Tulio gave us the best deal by far, started without delay, and completed the entire project in a shorter time than quoted by competitors. Tulio was very accommodating in meeting our needs. He personally participated in most of the construction. Workers were on site every day and often stayed after normal work hours to stay on schedule. The many unforeseen challenges encountered during the renovation were addressed and solved expeditiously. Tulio's crew members were always courteous and on time. Quality of workmanship was outstanding, and all work was finished to our complete satisfaction. The tile work, which was very extensive, was beyond reproach. We wish to add that Tulio performed the renovation of our kitchen, living and dining rooms, utility room, and guest bedroom/bath two years earlier. His workmanship then was a compelling reason for hiring him to perform the most recent work. Our entire house now feels like a brand new home. We will continue to use Tulio and his able crew for all future work on our property. We highly recommend My Space Home Improvement.
