Jason was very thorough & careful with our new, giant TV install. Hung the wall mount & TV perfectly, exactly where we wanted it, connected our Dish & Bose system, handled everything wearing gloves & shoe coverings. He was patient & stayed until we knew how to operate things (weâ re older & not very â techyâ ð ), & we were very thankful for that! Weâ re happy customers & if we have any issues we can feel comfortable calling him again. He also helped carry out our old TV & told me where I can take it to be recycled. ð ¥°

Good work but a bit pricey

Being tech challenged my wife and I hired Jason from MyBitHome to recommend and install outdoor security cameras (including a smart doorbell), improve our cell phone WiFi calling connection (for which he installed Eero), hang a new TV, move and rehang an existing TV, run a lot of CAT 6 and fiber optic throughout our home, and combine our existing component Audio system with Sonos. The best part from a user standpoint is that he showed us how to use the remote controls and simplified the set up. All our internet equipped homes can be frustrating but Jasonâ  s installation of a mesh network pretty much cured all our problems. Jason was respectful, clean in his work (work shoe protection when inside as well as a mask) and extremely honest. We had a lot of opportunities to observe Jasonâ  s work and I would hire him again.

Jason contacted me about my inquiry for mounting a tv. He was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable over the phone which made me more comfortable in choosing him. He reached out right away and was able to get me in fairly quickly! Upon arrival, again Jason was very pleasant, very clean and considerate as he wore a mask the entire time. He cleaned up after himself, made sure that aesthetically the tv was easy on the eyes and even took it upon himself to discard of the boxing for the mount. Good conversation and not that I was micromanaging him but it was very clear that his experience spoke for itself. I would definitely hire Jason again for future needs and would also recommend him as his ethic is unmatched. He worked in my home as if he was working in his own and took his time making sure that I was happy with placement. This speaks volumes and would make it easy to highly recommend him for future work!

I would recommend MyBitHome for any luxury installs or smaller tv mount jobs. We had a 36 piece tv unit custom made by a furniture company by the name of Olivya Stone. The racks and tv mount are drilled into the wall and are all attached to one another so precision leveling is key. MyBitHome successfully installed this and made some alterations in order to fit a larger tv than we had originally designed the TV unit for. 10/10 Execution 10/10 Adaptability 10/10 Professionalism 10/10 Pleased with the final product Thank you1
