damaged bedding plants with weedeater blew leaves into many plant containers, did not clear all hard surfaces of debris. Completed job after dark such that inspection could not be performed. Instead of removal of leaves from the property per the agreement, he dumped leaves onto an easement on my property dedicated to rainwater removal. This is a violation of our city ordinances punishable by heavy fines and/or levies of the cost of cleanup by the city. Furthermore, does not respond to messages, and has set his phone with a note he is accepting no calls. BEWARE. YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT PROMISED!
