He is the handyman that I deal with and he is very good.  He seemed to know what he was doing and he did well.  He did not waste any time but went right in and did it.  Of all the handymen I have used I liked him and I would call him back.

Agreed w/my solution to problem.

I called the company a week ago and was told they would get back with me to set a time for someone to come out to look at the job we needed done. As of today, I have not heard back from them. This is no way to treat a potential customer who planned on using them for several projects now and in the future.

Jerry did the work for me.  He was professional, punctual, and worked at a fast pace.  It must be said that in Dec of 2008 I found myself suddenly  a widow who was too short, unable to lift over 50 pounds, and lacking knowledge about many things. The first time I called Bill I knew I had found folks I could count on.  On at least 4 previous occasions they removed carpet, moved furniture for new carpet,  furniture, rehung french doors, changed lighting fixtures, cleaned rain gutters, placed downspouts where needed, and changed light bulbs I could not reach, and a myriad of other things. Every handyman who came to the house was friendly, efficient, used great care in their work, and were very patient with my numerous questions.  I am very comforted by the fact that Mr. Handyman of NE San Antonio is just a phone call away.This Fall I will need to have several more projects to be done for which I will call this company.

Interaction and professionalism was A+ but did not have services performed.

They were very pleasant over the phone.  I just needed the work done within a week and they were booked up.  I ended up going with someone else.

Had to get additional materials, including a longer screws and a wood plugs to make the screws hold the plate.  It worked, left the old screw holes and the brittle wood exposed.
Worker was very professional and knowledgeable.  Was courteous and tried to do the best he could.

The experience was very good. The price was good for the quality of the work done. He really paid attention to detail, got the job done within the time frame quoted, and did a great job overall!

The experience was fine overall. He did everything he was supposed to do, but I thought the price was a bit high! I had to pay him for an hour’s worth of work, even though he was only here for about 10-15 minutes.

Overall, the experience has been okay. We received estimates on a fence job, but their quote was a bit higher than another company’s so we went with that other company. The technicians always show up on time and do a good job!

The experience has been good overall. They’re affordable and do just about everything very well!

The day they were supposed to come out there was rain in the forecast so they rescheduled because they didn't want to leave the windows opened. They also originally said the job would take one day but then said it would actually take three. My husband had even taken the day off so he could get them the supplies. They didn't come back when they were supposed to and when I called they claimed that they didn't do the job originally because we didn't have the right supplies. Then they called me back and said the person who was supposed to do the work no longer worked there.
