+ -1 moreThe repairman who came out did not have the skill to repair our ice maker. It took him four visits. We gave him the benefit of the doubt, but I see now that he had no skill. He also did not replace all the screw on the back side of the refrigerator (the silver grill). I called and reported to Mr. Appliance (Elda) and I received a very nasty response. Our washing machine does not deliver hot water on several cycles and we again called Mr. Appliance. He said there was nothing wrong with it. We made a very bad choice to go with Mr. Appliance.

+ -1 morePoorly. Technician repaired dryer in less than 30 minutes. Dryer needed cleaning. It was to cost $85 for house call and would be applied to the bill if we let them repair it. The cost came out to $200. When questioned he said he had to take out a lot of parts to get to it. It's still only took less than 30 minutes. And, it was on his cell phone talking to his wife the entire time he was working. I've use this company in the past and been very satisfied. This time I feel like I got ripped off and when I questioned it and made excuses and gave us a $15 discount. I will never use again.
