The remodeling was fairly well done overall and I'm okay with the finished product. But, I felt that I had to stay on top of him every step of the way.
His crew was fairly slow and worked in spurts - it was obvious that they were squeezing in other projects.
The cabinet person did a nice job of building them but their guys installed them incorrectly which meant that the granite guy had to remeasure.
The floor tile wasn't laid evenly and there are wide grout lines in places - we used white tile with grey grout.
The wall tile was ordered in the wrong finish - I wanted matte and he ordered shiny.  I didn't see it until it was installed which meant that it was too late to fix.
There are two recessed cubbies in the shower.  The bottom slants so far forward as to render them almost useless as things slide tend to off.
All of the hardware is chrome and yet he ordered a brass curtain rod. By the time that we got it, he was in the wind and so we had to get a new one and install it ourselves.
BUT, the really BIG deal is that he failed to pay Alamo Tile and Stone for our granite counter top and he also failed to pay the electrician - this meant that we had to pay them ourselves or risk our credit being dinged.

The wood floor has peeled up and is dangerous to walk on.  I noticed it over a month ago, and have tried to call him and have not received a phone call back in over a month.  I just want a phone call back to resolve the issue.
