I had to quit using them. The first time was the best time. But twice I had to have them come back and redo it. When they mop the floors, they didn't get anything they just mopped around. They tried to get me to come back but I wouldn't recommend them.The very first time was the best. We used them for about six months, but each time the quality of work got less and less.They would dust the top of the furniture but didn't always get the bottom. They didn't dust or mop underneath anything.I would call them and they would send a crew back the next day to pick up what they had done. But we shouldn't have to do that.

They come once a month. It took about three hours to do the work.

They were all right. They were very punctual and there when they said they would be there. That was never an issue. There were times that it seemed like they missed stuff. They did break something one time and left me a nice note offering to replace it. That was great. It wasn't anything important, so I wasn't worried about it. 

I asked them specifically to maintain the floors, and sometimes I'd come back and the floors weren't clean. They cleaned everything except the floors. I'm not super picky, but that was the one thing I asked them to do. 

There were 2-3 girls that would come out. They rotated, and it wasn't always the same person, which might be why the floors weren't done.

They weren't cheap, but they weren't super expensive either. I would check out prices to see if anyone else has a better price.

I stopped using them. I just wasn't happy with the service. They should be on time to show up when they said they were going to show up. They should do a more thorough job at cleaning.

They are always very reliable and through in their cleaning. One of the first time they did the cleaning, I gave a feedback. They were quick to resolve the issue and ever since then I have not had an issue with the cleaning service. They are very customer service oriented.

First cleaning they did an ok job. Since I was home I had to remind them to dust the blinds and clean the fridge and oven. Overall they cleaned the obvious areas but detail they seemed to miss. I had to call them to tell them they forgot to dust all the bedroom furniture, specifically the top of the headboard. They also forgot the fans and the laundry area. The lady who sold me the service offered to have them return to fix it, but couldn't coordinate time on my busy schedule. Therefore she offered that at the next service she would have an inspector review the work. The ladies that came did a good job on most of the house. But, They forgot to put polish on the furniture so dust came back that same day, they forgot to clean the wood cabinets, and microwave. They left an hour early and I still paid the fixed price for the service. They should have stayed longer to finish the job. I am frustrated that I have inspect their work each time.

I didn't have a positive experience working with Molly Maids. All 3 times they cleaned our house, something went wrong.
The first time was right after Christmas so I made sure we took the tree down so they could vacuum up the pine needles. When they left, a large section was left on the carpet so I had to vacuum it up moments after they left! During that same cleaning, they didn't dust a ceiling fan (this was the initial cleaning so they include dusting all ceiling fans), again, I had to clean this right after paying them! I also saw one of the women standing on furniture twice to reach a window for dusting, she saw me looking at her but she didn't get off the furniture. She did this on a night stand and in another room on the bed itself, with her shoes on, on the sheets! I guess she does this all the time and didn't think anything of it! (We were told they would only stand on the step ladders they bring with them.)
The second time, a new crew at my request, they did a better job at cleaning, but stopped up the toilet from flushing a cleaning pad.
The third time, they broke off a toilet seat and lid! I don't know how, it was in brand-new condition, and the lady said she did not stand on the toilet. The toilet was a custom color that I had to track down in California to order, a hassle a paying customer shouldn't have to deal with.
So, it was 3 strikes you're out.
I will say that my point of contact at Molly Maids, Brandi, was always apologetic and tried to make amends like sending out a different crew or deducting the cost of the toilet seat from my bill. So that was a positive.
This was our first time to hire someone to clean the house and given the experiences with them, I've stopped using them.

They were there on-time and did a good job. They were thorough.

Molly Maids was hired to do a move in/move out type cleaning...we purchased the home and the previous owners had not cleaned, plus which we had had some cleaning done by painters after they scraped popcorn from the ceilings and repainted. Molly Maids was confirmed at the very least, three times on what did the move in/move out special type of cleaning mean? The shower was still full of soap scum, the insides and tops of all cabinetry had old food and dust on them, the oven still had the previous owner's stains, baseboards were dusty; window sills were not wiped...to me these are standard cleaning options, minus the oven cleaning. The list goes on...suffice it to say they provided in an hour and a half a light cleaning...and the house was completely empty, with completely new carpet and tile floors in many rooms. All they had to do was dust and wipe baseboards and window sills, clean inside/outside all drawers and cupboards cabinetry throughout, dust and clean mirrors, dust ceiling fans,vacuum, sweep and mop floors, clean stove and oven and shine the stainless sink....I disputed the charge as they ahd been sent back out, but again none of these items were addressed and my husband who was on property became frustrated. I ended up paying in the end, because I could not provide to CitiCards the exact dates of my phone calls, .... I was moving in, hence why I had chosen the move in/move out special. It took me four days to clean to be able to begin unpacking any boxes in the kitchen! So disappointed.

They took longer than they said they were going to, and they only did what they felt like doing and didn't do all the small things like light switches, base boards, etc... The two workers spend a lot of time visiting with one another during the job. They still charged me the full price. They offered to send someone out to do those things that were left, but did not offer to compensate me for the error. For what they advertise, I was very disappointed. The lady that I spoke with was very apologetic, but I feel that a partial refund should have been given at the very least.

I usually have them clean 2 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms, living room and kitchen, but needed a quick clean for company I was having. They did exactly I as told them and cleaned only 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room, and kitchen. All within an hour. Perfect!

The initial clean wasn't as thorough as I had hoped, but when I called they happily sent a crew out to correct the issue. I asked to continue with that second crew for regular cleans and didn't have any issues after that. The office team was always very helpful and responsive to any calls, messages or online reviews. We used their service for about six months. There price was a bit high for the ongoing service and level of detail so we opted to go with a new service.

Their work was very good. I used them for awhile. The only thing is the price is a little high. The were always quick with their work. They did break a couple of small items which they did not tell me about. It was not a big deal, but they are suppose to tell me. Their office staff is professional, but the cleaners not so much.

I am going to look for someone I can use who is more familiar with the tile floors and counter

tops. I have been tempted to go back with Molly Maids and just re-do the problem areas, but that defeats the purpose of having a cleaning service.Brandy was always good on the phone and seemed to be sympathetic with problem areas.

I think their prices are good. They're always on time.

I've used them before and I would not recommend them to anyone. I did not think they did even an adequate job. The house smelled really nice and clean whenever they left, but I learned they used a lot of Fabreeze instead of good old fashioned elbow grease. As a result there were areas in the house that really hadn't been touched. They did clean part of the house, but I just didn't think they did a thorough enough job. I thought the price was pretty fair because we have a large home, and their responsiveness and punctuality was good.

We needed extra help and they were wonderful! They were prompt, efficient, nice and did everything I asked.

I have used Molly Maid for the past year to clean my home. They are punctual, professional, and do great work. Due to my work schedule, I can not always be home for them. I have given them the code to my home and have not lost a wink of sleep over it, they are a great company to deal with and I would recommend them to anyone!

Contacted Molly Maids one week before required service. Was given the exact cost per hour and given the amount of time it would take.

They were scheduled to arrive at 9:00 am Friday morning. 3/30/2012.
At 8:45 Molly Maids contacted me and informed me that the cleaning ladies were on their way, but were delayed due to an accident that had occurred on IH35. They arrived later and completed their work to my complete satisfaction in the reasonable amount of time that had been quoted

I have my favorite two girls that come out. I deal with Brandy and she is so good about me changing my day every once in a while. I did have something broken but they took care of it, they reimbursed me. They told me what happened and they took care of it.
