We enjoyed working with Manuel because he was professional and friendly and very knowledgeable about flooring. We had shopped around a lot and Manuel worked with us on our budget. We were told from other competitors that laying LVP over tile was not recommended and we needed to have tile taken off. We did not want to go through that process due to it would be very expensive and messy. We were on a budget and needed to stay close to our budget as possible. When we discussed what we wanted Manuel listened and told us that yes LVP can be laid over the tile and provided his expertise as he has done many floors and the results were great. Manuel was always quick to respond to texts and phone calls and his estimate was fair and reasonable. His crew, Juan and Ramiro, were amazing - they were great guys and never stopped working from the minute they arrived. His employees showed up on time and worked quickly and efficiently. The project was done in a timely manner and the results were beautiful. I was happy with their efficiency, friendliness and high level of quality service. We highly recommend this company!
