The service technician was on time, professional and very pleasant to speak with. He totally understood that I was under a time constraint and needed to have my garage door repaired. He explained what the problem was while trouble shooting for any other issues. He was in and out quickly so I could get on with my day. I appreciate that he did not try to upsell me on things I did not need. He was a lifesaver.

They went and installed the door and everything was perfect at the beginning, however a 2 months went by and the door started shifting to one side. I called them and they said they will call me back and they never did, I called them again and they said they will return my phone call in 30 minutes and they never did, now they don't answer my phone calls. According to them this door has a 3 year warranty, yeah right.

"Dear Consumer: The house is about four years old built by Kaufman and Broad in the Amber subdivision located by Hwy 90 and was not covered under warranty through Hollywood Crawford the contractor hired by K&B; the customer gave me damage details that the garage door spring busted without their knowledge and then used their existing garage door opener that caused their door to bend the top panels and were in shock so then the customer decided to shop around and found me on [Redacted] and they ask me if I am legit and I said "yes" I am listed on Angie's List and [Redacted] etc. and they told me they were on a budget; so I decided to help with getting a new garage door that is worth more than what they paid $570 calculated priced at $ 850 for a "Carriage Custom Door" with other companies or maybe more I gave them a fair deal and the door installed with new hardware, rollers etc. looks great and working properly as of today 2017 you can see the installed garage door using their address under the sky view website google maps."

It went great. Service person was on time. Pleasant and professional. Talked through the process of troubleshooting the problem, starting out by eliminating the most expensive replacement parts (the sensors). He operated the door and observed the problem and proceeded to evaluate and formulate the solution. He took about 20 minutes and saw what need to be done. It was a good experience to feel confident that this company was in integrity about the price. I did not know what I needed since I had read the manual on adjusting the door and tried serval times unsuccessfully.
The $60.00 charge came as a total surprise. I paid an additional $10.00 for a can of lubricant specifically for Garage Doors. The service person also proceeded to show me the areas on my other (single door) door that I should lubricate and suggested the intervals for lubricating both on an ongoing basis to maintain the doors properly. I am very satisfied and highly recommend this company.

We hired this company to replace our garage door. He and his worker showed up early, and they were done in less than an hour. Our door looks great and the opener has never worked better. We are very happy that we chose this company to replace our garage door and if we ever need anymore garage door work done, we will certainly choose this company again in the future. They were very professional and they returned our call for an estimate very quickly as well.
