They came out and looked at my older model JVC 56" wide screen, the conversion went out. He did clean the TV while he was here. He said he was going to have to call and get the codes because they were not in the manual. A couple of months went by and we called him and asked if he had the codes yet, he said no. We never heard back from him. We even made a deal that when he came back to fix this TV, we wanted him to work on our other TV.

We just decided not to have the repairs done.

There were absolutely NO problems at any point in time.  He was prompt, thorough, knowledgeable, courteous, and reasonable.  He was extremely careful with getting the TV out of a recessed area which I had built in for my TV. There was no damage to the molding and surface areas surrounding the TV. He did have a helper to help him lift it out of the recessed area.

He came as soon after we called. He came out and took a unit out of the TV for repair. He was able to bring it back that day. He knew exactly what the problem was, was very knowledgeable. He provided excellent service.

We have a 16 year old TV, sound out. Company called once. We called them several times, but never could get person who might do repairs. Somewhere along the line someone told us parts were not available. Finally gave up on this company.

A component of my television went bad. The technician ordered and replaced the part. My TV is now working very good.

I am so impressed with this place, and its owner, Fabio. Although, sadly, he didn't fix the problem, it was through no fault of his own. He was honest enough to suggest that it wasn't worth the cost, but he would have done it if we had pressed. The repairs really would have exceed the value of the TV, basically. From start to finish, he and his assistant were the quintessential professionals. In fact, in this day and age, they stand out like a shining beacon on honesty, capability and customer service. I have never, and I mean NEVER, dealt with such a professional person before. They even dressed professionally! That's something you don't see often. They only charged us for the estimate, and I feel guilty that they made two trips out here and spent all that time on the set, and didn't charge us any more for the trip charge. Our TV is only 6 years old, and was one of those big tube HD sets made by Sony (the top of the line then) that weighs 250 pounds so they had to drive all the way across town to where we live, disassemble the set and take the relevant parts. He was nice enough to give us solid advice on what to buy in the future, and referred us to a local store that has good deals on LCD sets. I will certainly recommend them to all my friends and family, and they will be the first people I call if and when I have any trouble with a TV, stereo, etc.

I chose them because they had the highest ratings on Angie's list. It took them only two days to repair my set. They gave me a call at home when the repair was done.

He came back two weeks later with the part and tried to fix it, but then the picture tube blew out. He was very kind and only charged me the service call since he was unable to fix the television. I appreciate how patient and honest Sabio was with me. I would not hesitate to nominate him for the page of happiness and would recommend him to others. I got him from Angie's List.

This company was clean courteous and on time for work. I thought they were more than reasonable on their labor charges, it's just the parts are so expensive which wasn't their fault. I joked with my wife, that we could just get a new TV but even buying the expensive part, would be cheaper than a whole new, I guess.

They were very timely in getting it back to me. I was extremely satisfied with the services. I will definitely call them again for any television repairs. They were quite knowledgeable, timely, and friendly.

We went to another shop that misdiagnosed the problem and took forever. Mr. Villarreal came out and after checking several things said he thought it was the lamp which could be expensive. He asked for a few days to see if he could find a less expensive lamp. He was able to find one that ended up saving about $50.

They had to order an additional part, and the next day he brought it back. The fix was fast and inexpensive.

Fabio was great. He was extremely helpful over the phone, suggesting that I consider used parts. He gave me an estimate over the phone. He came out the same day to get my broken screen. He noted that a second screen was also damaged but kept the same estimate to replace both screens. He returned the next day with the new screens and installed them. He was able to use second-hand parts, saving me money.

I called and had someone at my home that same day. An estimate was given. I was told if the TV was beyond repair, there would be no charge except for the $25.00 premise visit. The service was superb, the price was great and my TV was fixed by the next day. Outstanding service!

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HAD VERY GOOD SERVICE. I DID NOT HAVE TO WAIT FOR ANYONE TO HELP ME OUT. THEY WERE WAITING FOR ME WHEN I WALKED THROUGH THE DOOR. IT WAS A VERY GOOD SERVICE.

I NEEDED AN ESTIMATE OF COST. HE GAVE ME ONE. HE REPAIRED THE TELEVISION LIKE NEW. THE PICTURE IS NOW CLEAR. I DID NOT HAVE TO BUY A NEW ONE! IT WAS MONEY SAVED!
