Van runs great. Runs better than before. Thinking I may have had a faulty transmission since I drove it off the lot. I did go back to the dealer when the van only had 500 miles on it. Service agent stated there were no problems detected and have been driving like that since. Now with $50k miles on the van, I ended up in a near two car collision. In attempt to avoid the collision I hit a median and went up the curve, transmission case hit resulted into a cracked case. Unfortunately because it was not a two car collision, my auto insurance would only cover for a used transmission that was near miles driven and age of the vehicle. Chris provided me with options and gave me time to research other alternatives. Thanks to Chris for his input and advise, I am comfortable with the decision I made. I have a used transmission that ironically runs and shifts smoother than the original one that came with the van. Only parts are warranted through MD because that's the choice I made, but confident with their workmanship. Out of pocket was a little over $500. Very convenient location to my home. I am big on small family owned businesses and that's why I chose MD. Read the reviews and instantly sold and selected them to service my vehicle.

Determined our transmission was so bad that they wouldn't flush it. They did not charge for the flush and did not push us to have it repaired. Excellent service!

Staff here are spectacular. You are addressed immediately when you walk in and offered something to drink. These guys will do what you ask without the constant high pressure high dollar hard sell. They will tell you if they find something and how urgent it is and how much it would cost to fix. They are very reasonably priced and off the beaten trail so they have to try harder and do.

Great!! From the moment you walk in you feel very welcome. They seem to truly care about you as a person and about getting you back on the road ASAP. Took my warranty information and that was that. I did not have to deal with the warranty company personally, they took care of the work for me. They got me a 600+ repair for very little cost to me through my warranty company. Will go back to see them again.

Took it in and was immediately offered a ride home. Shuttle service is provided which is great customer service. Once everything was looked at, not only did they survey the original problem but noticed other minor to major issues that I didn't even know existed. Initial quote was awesome and extra work was no problem to have done.

They're very honest and trustworthy. They came out and told me about a crack I had in my coolant bottle and let me know how much it would cost to replace it, and he also inquired about my warranty. He advised I go to the dealership to see if they would replace it and they did. They will provide a ride to your workplace if it's within 10 miles.

Their location is convenient to my work area. I also like their honesty and reliability. I go there regularly for tune-ups and truck maintenance. Their labor charges are a little high but their honesty makes up for it. I will use them again in the future.

Walmart told me my engine was full of sludge and would not perform an oil change. The folks at MD evaluated the oil and said no problem. Oil change was done with a recommended additive for high mileage cars. Work was done on time and they gave me a ride back and forth from my house. Very convenient. Thumbs up for quality and service.
The only drawback was an attempt to upsell me on multiple fuid changes (brake, transmission, etc...) by a different sales associate than I dropped the car off with. They indicated they all looked terrible and needed changed. I had just had those areas serviced by other providers within the last year or so... I left thinking I need to be careful on future visits but I do plan to go back.

My state inspection expired last week of April and so I had gone to MD Automotive for the renewal. Their customer service is pretty good. I told the representative I wanted a state inspection and it took me less than 15 minutes of wait time for them to complete the inspection. They're pretty good on giving you feedback as far as how long it will take them to perform it. If they tell you it would take approximately an hour, I have the option of leaving it there or coming back later when they're not so busy. With regards to auto problems, they are upfront with you. When they check your car out, they look at possible problems that might cost the customer more money to fix in the long run. If they see something which could cause a failure and ldquo;down the roadand rdquo; they will tell you about it, quote you an estimate, and leave it to you to decide whether to fix it now or later. Most people are and ldquo;put offand rdquo; with this concept. MD automotive is only giving you a possible list of auto problems that may get worse in the long run. You need not get it done right away, they are just giving a cost estimate to fix it at that time. I have no problems with that but some people are just turned off with that thinking the auto repair shop is already asking for an "arm and a leg" to fix something they have no idea it was bad in the first place. I know my car pretty well, so what MD Auto tells me about what's wrong with my car, I am already aware of it. I just tell them that I'm pretty confident I can wait a couple more months before I decide to fix it. No sales pressure from them. I see it as being proactive with the customer's possible auto problems. And if they spot something else I was not aware of, then it's still up to me to either get a second opinion from another auto shop, wait until I check it myself and make a determination if I can still drive safely with the possible problem, or get it fix now and save some more money by being proactive with the possible car problem.

They were timely. When I had appointment, I went in and they took care of it. They did timely work and got it out on time. I was very pleased with it. I treated that truck and got a new one last week. They were honest about everything they did and I was very happy with that. I'm so really now-a-days about going to the car repair shop. They actually took me in and showed me things; so I was really happy with that. They did a great job. The price was fair. I have been going to them now; since the first time as I was very happy. They also gave me ride home.
