I've been to Matt's before, so I knew a few things going into the shop - I would be treated well, I didn't need an appointment, and the price for service would be reasonable. I checked in at the desk and told an employee why I was there - I needed an oil change and my car was overheating. I had to get a few things at the grocery store, and I was immediately offered a ride, but I walked - it was just a few blocks. When I got back, Matt met with me and told me that everything looked fine (breaks, tires, engine stuff) but there was a part that needed to be 'tweaked' and he would fix it. 45 minutes later, I was on my way. I paid $35 for the oil change and car inspection/technical work. I am so glad that I found Matt's garage!
