Prompt service 3 day turnaround. We are enjoying our Projector system again.

Our projector went out again. Fan went out. same problem I had before. Tried reaching him during the warranty period, he was out of town. Then after my back surgery I tried again...5th month after servicing my projector. He said the warranty is 4 months parts and labor. His website advertises 6 months. Way past 6 months, he lost his business site and now works from a home. I went to drop off my projector but he was out of town. Told me to come back next Friday, but call first just to check if he's home. I have enough to paper trail, phone call statements, email attempts to justiffy a civil law suit. But for $300, I'll take it as a loss but will join a class action law suit against the business if this is not an isolated issue.

In April 2013, Master Electronics diagnosed DVD/VCR recorder combination and had it repaired a couple of days after I gave the okay for them to fix it.  The charge was very reasonable--$88 including parts, labor, and taxes.  At the shop, we noticed that the business had a truck to do pick-ups and deliveries.  So about a month later on a Friday, we called to have our 40 inch Polaroid flat screen TV, which was flickering and its HDMI ports were not working, picked up. The pick up/delivery fee was $50 which would be applied to the total if we chose to repair it. They came and got the TV that very day and when we called the next day, they said that the power supply needed replacing along with something else that I can't remember having to do with the HDMI ports and estimated the job at around $250, which included the pickup and delivery. I agreed and the TV was ready that day and it was promptly delivered back to our home that same Saturday; the driver even carried it upstairs and helped to set it up. The picture no longer flickers, and though we don't have the correct equipment to check out the HDMI ports since we moved the TV to a different room/system, we trust that they work as well. Many thanks to this business for their expertise, promptness, and professionalism.  I would use them again and again in a heartbeat!


Update: Our DVD/VCR recorder combo worked only a few times after being fixed before it died.  The Polaroid flat screen TV began flickering again after several hours of use.  The shop picked up the TV free of charge, but they were unable to recreate the flickering problem and therefore were unable to fix it.  The TV was delivered back home--also free of charge.  I'm disappointed with the outcome, although the folks at the shop were very responsive and professional.
