Maid on a budget house cleaning

Terrible!! She was extremely rude from the get go! She took the money and didn’t do what she promised and when I tried to call her she sent me to voice mail.... First I was calling for a Receipt then I was calling because upon inspection of the house it was NOT cleaned properly!!! My landlord wants me to go back and do it again or she’s going to take money from my deposit! I have tried to call her every day and have left several messages and she has yet to answer or return my calls! So very disappointing... I wish I could show you all the pictures my landlord sent me!!! There are 19 of them! Dirty cabinets, dirty appliances dirty tubs! Unbelievable!!!

Terrible! They were late, did a terrible job of cleaning, and they stole all of my cleaning supplies. They said they would bring them back but never did. I had to go spend another $100 on cleaning supplies to replace the stolen ones, just to clean what they were supposed to have cleaned. USE SOMEONE ELSE!!! They are theives.

They've worked for us at this house and at our previous address.
Probably the best thing I can say is that they are nice people who work cheap.  Unfortunately, you're getting what you pay for.  The cleaning has sometimes been indifferent, and they always seem to miss things.  The worst failing is their inability to stick to a schedule.  Apparently "3:30" means anything from 11 in the morning to 2:30, or even after 4 PM.  Then, when I tell them they missed their opportunity for the day, I'm told they had made "special arrangements" for an appointment we've been walking about for a week. Enough already!

Company was hired to do a move out cleaning. They were told to clean the oven, baseboards, sweep, mop, and do the bathrooms. They did NONE of it except wipe down the counters and stove top with Windex. When asked to reaccomplish the work the owner was argumentative and did not want to reaccomplish or give a refund. They finally came in and "recleaned", but once again, didn't hit the baseboards, toilets, sinks, or sweep/mop. HORRIBLE service! Had to hire another cleaner, Kelly's Kleaning.

When I spoke to Veronica, I explained that I wanted a thorough spring cleaning, a scrub down of the house and specifically all the places people usually neglect such as baseboards, ceiling fans, blinds, etc. She quoted $125 for 3 girls for 3 hours. This seemed low, so again we went over my expectations and she assured me it was no problem, they would get it done. Needless to say, it didnt get done and in fact the entire job was mediocre at best. When I pointed out the baseboards, door frames, etc. the "lead" seemed to get upset, couldnt really tell since she refused to speak a word of english. They insisted they had done all of that and I had to walk them around and show them the huge piles of dust on the door frames and the dirty baseboards. They went back and "redid" them, but I found out later than only did where they thought I would look. I spoke to Veronica and she apologized and offered to do another cleaning for $20 off. Wow... really? You didnt do at all what I was looking for and now you're going to give me $20 off? No thanks. If you want your house dry dusted and want exposed areas cleaned, then call them. If you want your house CLEANED, call someone else.

Veronica was quick to respond to my initial phone call and gave me an estimate of cost. i called her back to let her know i wanted to hire her and wanted her to clean end of the next week. she said she probably had availability and would call me back within the hour. well she never did. i left 3 messages total that i was interested, had cash on hand to pay her and thought all we had to do was confirm the date. still no response. i had to find someone else on short notice. i'm very dissapointed that it was over a week and she never called me back, even to tell me she could not provide the services. very unprofessional!

Arrived at 1 PM. Immediately stared to work. One didn't speak English. But needed no guidance.

I have used them for about two months and have been very satisfied. There are usually two and sometimes three maids and they work quickly and efficiently. They use their own products, but use any of mine that I request. They are also good at doing anything I request. The maids are professional and enjoy what they are doing.

The cleaning crew showed up on time, but they barely cleaned anything in the house.

Sometimes they arrive a little late. They take about two to three hours to clean. When they are done, the house is sparkling.
