Everything was done very professionally.

This block is redundant.

Fuse blew on computer.  I dropped it off in the morning.  It was fixed by afternoon.  Location was easy to get too.  Would go to them for service again as well as purchase a newer computer.

My iMac's hard drive crashed and began searching for an authorized Apple repair shop to fix it, which MACTLC is.  They will make house calls, but I chose to take my Mac into their office which was easy to find.  My Mac works great now.  MACTLC did a super job, were very professional, called and gave me an estimate before they did the hard drive replacement and had the work done when promised.  I am so happy that I did not lose any data due to back up on an Apple time capsule, but they also will do data recovery for an additional fee.  I will definitely use them again, if I have a need.

I was told by the genius bar at the Apple Store that my laptop needed more memory and they suggested MACTLC. I called in advance and was told I could walk-in.  I was also given an estimate on the cost over the phone. I was able to walk-in, be taken care of failrly quickly, and the cost was consistent with the estimate.

They quoted me about $178 to fix it. I ended up taking it elsewhere and got my computer fixed for $30. I tipped the man there $15 as he fixed it in 20 min while I waited.

They did a great job.  The pricing was reasonable.  They told me it would be ready in two days and it was.

They were very good.  I would rate them highly.  They did a very good job.  He was here for about two hours and fifteen minutes and he charged me about $200.  We felt that was really bargain under the circumstances because it was my ability to fix it or my wife’s.  The particular person who came was Charles.  He was excellent.  The young man did everything and I just sat there with my mouth open.  I think that the price is reasonable.  So far we haven’t had any problems.  He was here earlier than he said.  He was very informative and he could speak to you as though you are real human being and not a robot.  It was really refreshing to have someone be able to explain what they were doing.  I would say that this company is excellent in all regards.

 It was great.  They were exactly what they said they were and they did a great job.  What they committed to do they did efficiently and at the exact price they quoted me.

They are very efficient, I'd recommend them to others. It was done when they said it would be and it's worked fine ever since.

They could have taken my computer into their shop and taken a whole bunch of money from me. Instead they took their valuable time and helped me do it myself over the phone. That's what a great company does.
