Per your direct communications with our company each past instance of non-service has been researched and sufficiently proven with photos, time logs, GPS tracking of work trucks, and detailed notes of services provided. For your most recent complaint we issued a small credit as a gesture of goodwill in addition to submitting a detailed email response with photos, service notes, time log, and final balance due. Once your account was settled we, as per your request, closed your account and removed all payment details on file. Best of wishes with your new service company. "The customer contacted in regards to complaint of the bushes being trimmed too aggressively and resulting in needing a replacement for them. We offered to replace them at our expense as it states in our promise to fix any issues. The customer refused to allow us to do replacement ourselves instead wanting us to pay another company to do so. Though our policy states we pay another company to fix mistakes if the customer is not satisfied with our repairs the owner gave permission to proceed to this step. Upon confirming with the customer we would be paying another company and just required a quote for final approval of the costs we were given a handwritten note with no company name, information or confirmation of the work to be done just numbers on a blank paper. We inquired to receive a more formal quote that included details of the work and name of the person(s) responsible and was told by Mrs. [Member Name Removed] she did not receive anything written as such and gave me the option to contact them directly and request it ourselves. When I responded saying I would be happy to do so i was met with a response in which she became very upset and agitated and proceeded to tell me I would not be allowed to request a more formal quote and needed to just pay the amount. During the course of our conversations she changed the amount of labor and materials costs, prompting us to want a formal quote in writing to safeguard against further changes and turning the work into an open ended bill for which our company would be responsible for. We have yet to be given the information or contact details of the company responsible for the work, a formal quote or invoice proving work pricing, or communications from the customer allowing us to remedy the issue ourselves. The quoted price for work does not exceed $250 even at the end of the communications and we in turn would like to rebut the remedy requested for $375 as being unjustified. All complaints other than the bush replacement was remedied prior to this complaint and the quote for bushes we received does not match the requested monies by this customer."
