Short Version: The company was extremely rude to me and canceled my cleaning service the day before they were supposed to come just because I asked them to clean all of the things they list on their own website that are included in the deep cleaning service. I booked Lupe's for a deep cleaning service. They said based on the size of my home it should take approximately 3.5 hours to do the deep cleaning service. Ok. The day they came to clean I asked them to start downstairs and clean it thoroughly first since that is where most of the "living" takes place and that is where it is dirtiest. If they had to rush on anything due to time I would rather them rush on the upstairs where the least amount of people go. They were there cleaning for 3hrs and they have not even moved to the upstairs yet. At 3.5 hours the cleaners wanted to leave even though they did not clean the upstairs. I asked them to clean the upstairs and they did which took them another hour. I tipped them well and the cleaners left. The surfaces looked great and the house smelled clean. The bathrooms were my favorite part as you could tell they spent time in there. But they did not clean under the furniture, the ceiling fans, and the blinds which are all specifically as a part of their deep cleaning services. 3-4 months later I want a deep clean of my home so I book them again. They text you before hand to ask if you have anything you want them to focus on. I explained that last time they came to clean they did not clean some of the parts that are specifically mentioned in the deep cleaning package and that it might take them longer than they think to deep clean my home and I want them to stay as long as it takes to ensure I get everything I paid for in the deep cleaning package. Instead of listening to me or trying to work it out with me they immediately cancel my booking service and say they won't clean for me as I was an unsatisfied customer. I explain that I was not unsatisfied enough to book them again and that I was simply pointing out that I want what I paid for in the deep cleaning service and that it might take longer than they thought. Again, the worker was rude and told me they cancel my cleaning service (the day before they were supposed to come) as they cannot satisfy me. What I asked for was absolutely reasonable. This company was unnecessarily rude and lost a customer that would have been very easy to keep. DO NOT USE THEM!

We moved out of our rented mobile home after living there for a year. We hired Lupe’s cleaning service and added on carpet cleaning service because we needed to submit a paid receipt showing that we “professionally” cleaned our carpets. We scheduled for them to deep clean the entire double wide which was about 1,200 square foot, 3 small bedrooms and a hallway that had carpet. Two small bathrooms, only one tub. The kitchen and living room were basically one room. They charged us about $320 including carpet service. The house was completely empty NOTHING left in the house, except a swifter (which is missing). Me and my husband made sure to clean up as much as we could, we vacuumed and before they arrived I ran to the house and lightly cleaned around the floor of our boys toilet because we did not want to be rude and gross. They arrived on Monday, May 18 2020. There were 3 ladies that showed up and it was supposed to be for 3 hours. When they finished my husband went paid and they left. After inspecting the job they did we were wildly disappointed!! The floors were not swept or mopped AT ALL! The carpets still had massive stains on them (I went and used basic carpet cleaner and a towel and was able to easier remove some of the stains, I did not continue cleaning because I ran out of time that day and was very angry that I even had to do that after pay “professionals” to do this) there were stains on the wood floor and base boards, stains on the light switches and walls and not to mention THEY LEFT THEIR BILL MILLERS LUNCH ON THE COUNTER they did not even clean up after themselves in the house they were supposed to be cleaning!!! I am outraged at the service they provided and I seriously urge you to keep search before spending a lot $350 on services that will end up resulting in you losing money from your security deposit! I seriously can not believe that they did not even sweep or mop the kitchen and living room floor. Honestly I think they saw a pretty decently clean house and thought they didn’t have to do much! I am so sad with this level of service! And it was definitely not worth my hard earned money! I feel taken advantage of and I feel like a fool for trusting this company! Now I am out $350 and they will end up deducting from our security deposit for the carpets, wood floors, walls, and baseboards not being clean. So for 3 hours these ladies had lunch in my house and left their mess, cleaned the fridge, sinks, shower and bathtub, dusted the fan, took our swifter, did NOT sweep or mop the floors, did NOT detail our carpet, did NOT clean the baseboards, left stains on multiple surfaces including the floor, and then asked my husband if they could have items that we had set aside outside. WHAT DID THEY DOOR FOR THE ENTIRE 3 HOURS??? just save yourself stress and save yourself time you WILL have to spend going behind this “cleaning” service and cleaning it yourself INCLUDING WHATEVER LUNCH THEY DECIDED TO HAVE DURING THE TIME YOU HAVE PAID THEM TO CLEAN!! I honestly feel so sad being taken advantage of like this. We trusted you guys to do the job we paid for, we did not lord over you and watch and make sure you were doing what you promised, we left you to do it! They responded saying that would only apologize since 1. We notified them two weeks later (we don’t live there anymore, two kids, full time job, moving into a new home) 2. They called me a bully because I said if they chose to ignore my complaint and I didn’t hear from them I would contact the BBB or news. So they said I was a bully. I responded and said that I was simply giving them the chance to make it right before blindsiding them with complaints from the news (mind you this is on Facebook messenger) they honestly responded saying, “ Whatever. You're just a scammer and wanting something for nothing. I know this isn't you're first time doing this. I don't even understand why you ramble and rant so much to get your point across.” the only thing they could have judged me on like this is the color of my skin (from my Facebook photo) this hurt my feeling very badly! I’m confused and insulted by a business who did not honor a commitment by cleaning our house as paid for! I only asked for half of a refund since they did clean some things and really only did half the job! They really failed in what we paid them for and in return I got insulted, called a bully, had what I felt as racist remarks thrown at me, our swifter stolen, and their lunch left in our house! I’ve never dealt with a business like this! I feel I was being fair and got treated very rudely!

Fantastic!! I called Lupe last minute with an emergency. My brother in law had just been released from the hospital and the doctor recommended for him to stay in a sterile environment. Lupe and her team did a deep cleaning of my sister's house. The work was amazing! The team arrived on time and didn't leave until all the work was completed. Would definitely recommend them.

Lupe and her team are friendly and personable, which makes it extra hard to give them a bad review. I made the mistake of thinking that wiping off the baseboards was included. Before work began, Lupe and I came to the agreement that they would include the baseboards if I would agree to use them monthly.  I thought that was fair and agreed.
  My home is a two story house, but no one lives upstairs so it did not need very much attention. I also told them to exclude one bedroom and one bathroom.  It is pretty empty upstairs and easy to vacuum, dust and clean one small bathroom.  My bigger concern was the downstairs area.  When they left, I walked around to look it over and was very disappointed. I took pictures of the areas which were not cleaned properly and contacted Lupe about them. The response was that I had paid for a "whole house clean" not a "thorough or deep clean".  I believe that some of my disappointments would come under a basic clean. For instance: some windowsills were not wiped off; cobwebs were left under the kitchen table and some chairs; areas which were not dusted included, the ceiling fan, vanity light, sink and counter in the wet bar, foyer crown boards, etc.  The person vacuuming, vacuumed around the fireplace tools, small sculpture, small paper, belt, game, etc.  The base of the couch was not vacuumed and the 2 (easy to slide) dog cages were not moved or vacuumed at the base.  I could continue.  Some of the outside areas on kitchen appliances were left untouched (i.e., refrigerator door handles, oven door and dishwasher door top edge).
   Even with all of those annoyances, I was not going to write a bad review.  The issue which broke the camels back is that I believe, although I cannot prove it, that the team accidentally broke three items and did not mention it to me.  An antique chair sits upstairs against the wall. The leg of the fragile antique chair, which had been previously broken and repaired, was broken off in a NEW place and the leg was carefully set on the seat of the chair.  There have not been any children, visitors or pets near it.  The head of a figurine in my bedroom, was precariously perched on the body, and simply rolled off when I slid it to dust the counter. The third was on a collectible plate. Again, I cannot prove these allegations, but all 3 items always sit untouched.  I cannot imagine any other way that they could have gotten broken.
   I contacted Lupe about these issues, explained that I was not asking for money, but I did not want her to be surprised by the negative review.  Her simple response was, "Ok, thank you, sorry".

They did a passable job -- not stand up and applaud outstanding, but very workmanlike. The level of work was not worth the price charged. 

Because of the high price and less than wonderful level of work, we discontinued their services and are using a ervice we found on another site.

I would actually give them an A-. I bought a deal from them and they came in and explained what would and would not be cleaned. I was fine with the deal. They did everything I asked but some how they forgot to clean on of the bathrooms. I also forgot to check to make sure it was cleaned. I was very happy with the work that was preformed. Just an oversight.

We will submit a request to change the title of our deals to "Basic Cleaning" rather than "Complete House Cleaning.""

From the moment we walked in the door, we knew we were going to be happy with Lupe's service. The house smelled amazing; the carpet was well vacuumed; the bathrooms and kitchen sparkled; and the furniture was dust free. I have tried a ton of house cleaning companies in the San Antonio area and was extremely happy with the level of cleanliness provided by Lupe. My four-year-old son said his room looked "just amazing," and I couldn't agree more.

Lupe and her team arrived after she contacted us that they were on their way. They took a tour of the house and then got to work...they moved things and cleaned under and behind them...they dusted all of the framed art which is a lot...they were fun and easy to talk with as they did their work. They have a system that leaves nothing undone...best part for me with OCD, only a few things had to be put back in place....we are now going to see Lupe every week to keep the house clean!!! Grateful!!!
