You will not find a better Realtor out there. Luis accommodated me in every way imaginable. He met me at all times that I called him to look at different locations. He sent me multiple houses in areas that i was interested in, over and over. I totally satisfied during and after the sale o the home. He even accommodated me after the sale and went above and beyond. I offered him gas money for all the times he showed me houses but he would not accept it. I would definitely use him at any time for the purchase or the sale of a home. HE WAS AWESOME!

Mr. Aguila went out of his way on multiple occasions to drive to Austin TX to drop off additional money to save our contract from default. Mr Aguila displayed a very high level of knowledge, professionalism, and understanding during our entire buying process. His ability to effectively negotiate and advocate for my family was the only thing that allowed us to buy our house, keep our Earnest money, and avoid defaulting on a HUD purchase. I would recommend Mr. Aguila's services to any of my family members or friends
