LUCKY LAWN

We had Lucky Lawn as our lawn service for several years. At first they were great, but as time went on It got worse and worse. They added services we didn't contract for and soon our bills, which were supposed to be around $100 a month, were in the $400-$500 a month range. When I questioned some of the bills I was met with accusations and foul language from the owner, Vela. We finally fired them and paid them off. Even when I asked that the final amount be verified, he let loose with a barrage of f-words. They trimmed our holly down to nubs, killing one of the bushes. And their accounting system is practically non-existent. It took forever for them to credit a check to our account and send it through the bank. They lost at least one check, too. Steer VERY clear of these guys

By far, the most unprofessional landscaping experience I have ever had. To start, the constant unprofessionalism of setting times to discuss jobs and not showing up; going over a price for a specific service, and receiving a bill for ten times the amount. I was told that my yard would be $90 every two weeks to cut; the first cut would be a little pricier (due to leaf disposal). The first bill I received was almost $800; for one cut??? Are you serious? second cut was $200, and the third he said they were here and performed $211 worth... My yard was never cut. He explained to me that his foremen don't lie, and that I and my wife are wrong, he assures me our yard was most certainly cut. I can tell you I raked the leaves myself, and I blew of the drive way just to keep the house looking nice; his crew never cut the grass, and I?m ashamed at the way they do business. I can tell you that I will not be using Lucky Lawn ever again, nor will I refer them to anyone. They can't run a legitimate business, nor can they uphold their negotiated portion of cut the yard, and get paid. It appears as though they are looking for the one time screwing vs the repeat customer. Thanks again Lucky Lawn, my yard looks the same weather your "here" or not...

BE AWARE!!!!! I called Lucky Lawn to come mow my yard, trim a few bushes in the front of my house, and pick up the leaves in two small beds. The man on the phone (bill) gave me very unclear details. They called 2 WEEKS LATER and told me my bill was 450!!!!! Said that it took them 4 hours @ 90/hr to do the work. When I arrived home at 1pm there was one man walking around with a leaf blower and the other worker was standing by the truck. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

He is very rude and obnoxious.  He cut our grass so short that it was burnt. He even accused me of stealing a very common statue.  Our church even dropped him from their service.

Lucky Lawn is a top-knotch company that provides top-knotch service.

The service went very well, and we had a great result. The owner, Bayla, is very personable and provided us with prompt service. All of Luck's employees were friendly and worked hard.
