Lowe's Home Improvement - Alamo Ranch

Debbie Day was our first point of contact. She is amazing. Always helpful and kept us focused when there were so many choices it easily could have been overwhelming. She stayed with us through the whole process and always made herself available to answer any questions. Tony Morales, Lowe's installation coordinator, made sure all our materials were delivered on time and the whole process went smoothly. As expected, we had some excess materials and Tony made it easy to return them for a refund. He was also available to answer or get answers to questions for us. Francisco Ruiz of Pro-Masters was our general contractor. Francisco and his assistant, Diego, kept our small project on schedule. We had phone numbers for any questions, and they were answered promptly. It's easy for everyone to be happy when it all goes super smooth, as most of this project did. The way folks handle possible problems tells me a lot more about them. We had what could have been a major glitch for me when the tile pattern wasn't installed as expected. But the team handled it with a smile and made our satisfaction their priority. That told me more about their commitment to customer satisfaction than all the other details that were right the first time.

It was easy going there. The only problem was I was not able to find the seasonal items that I was looking for, which was not their fault. The staff is very friendly, and is easy to find someone if I need help. They are very professional, and helpful.

It worked out fine.  I went out to the store; ordered what I needed.  The guy knew what he was doing.  He set me up with the equipment that I needed.  They made the order with the sub-contractor and came out when he said he's going to be here and put it in and it works all fine.  I've been using him for about six months. 

Lowe's was very professional. They helped us pick a tile and were very helpful. Mr. Rodriguez delivered our flooring to our house and even helped unpack the tiles so they would fit inside my garage nicely. The installers did a nice job putting down the floor and it looks great.

Everything went well, and it was a good experience. The staff was helpful and friendly, the installation went smoothly, and everything is backed by a 1-year warranty in case something goes wrong.

Our experience was very positive. Excellent and helpful Lowe's salesman and delivery personnel. Salesman got us the refrigerator we wanted and ensured it would be available and delivered on time. Delivery people were most professional and courteous. Very careful and ensured unit worked properly. Also explained instructions on using features. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others. Will definitely go back to this location.

On Sunday (25th), I went into the store to make payment, and see about the installation time frame. When I went into the dooor and windows department, it took more than 5 minutes to find a salesman (not the original).
The salesman spent agood bit of time on the computer, without letting me know he was having issues. Eventually, he told me that they did not have the quote prepared (by their own paperwork, this is supposed to be ready 2 working days following the detailler's visit., which I had allowed), and that he would have to enter all of the data again (approximately 20 minutes). I was, of course, by this time somewhat frustrated, so I cancelled the order, and went to make a complaint with their in-store management. I waited (ignored) at the customer service for more than 10 minutes before one of the 2 people that were at the counter even recognized my presence.
Is Lowes losing it's customer relationship in ored to just perform sales?

The people were friendly and very helpful. The stuff that I'd been working on, I had no clue about, and working with the staff they kind of guided me through as well as supplied the stuff that I needed to do the jobs.

They are very good and have terrific products. They have really good products and sometimes their prices are a little high. It is a good location. We will be using them in two weeks. They have terrific service and their people know where everything is. We go there regularly if we need stuff for the house. They are very professional and very good. They are very friendly and they make you feel like they are there to serve you. They are a good company to do business with. They are very good. Their prices are a little higher and the quality is very good. They are very competitive. We will continue to use them in the future. They deserve positive because, they are a good company.

We shop at Lowe's Home Improvement mainly because it is close to us. I think their customer service rates a B.
