Ruben Villalobos, principle of Lobo Roofing, did an outstanding, cost-effective job in replacing our damaged attic ventilation unit and the surrounding roof wood structure and tiles that were causing a major leak on our home plus individually caulking all the numerous nails that were attaching all of the roof top attic ventilation, pipes and other roof top units to prevent any future roof leaks. Lobo?s customer service and work quality are great!

We could not have been more pleased with the work ethic, honesty, and focus of Ruben and his team. In just a couple of hours, they repaired a large hole in the roof of a cottage that we are refurbishing - and for s very fair price. Also, as I am in the first few weeks recovering from major surgery, they did not add any stressl or speculation to the work they did. They cleaned up all of their nails and supplies, shower me pictures of the work they did , amd Neatly rolled up the 30? x 30 ' tarp that we had placed over the roof. Iâ ve owned my clay tile roofed home for ~15 yearsâ ¦ clay tile roofs can require a lot of repairs as windy storms will rattle and break the tiles, so Iâ ve had many many companies up there doing repairs over the yearsâ ¦ Lobo Roofing just finished up a repair job and itâ s been by far the best experience and best work Iâ ve seen since I moved in. He and his crew were pleasant, professional, worked hard, and completed my new roof in one day. They cleaned up and left my yard pristine. After striking out with local roofing contractors in Kerrville, I was able to connect with Lobo Roofing, (San Antonio). Ruben scheduled a visit for Friday, 2/16. Showed up on time and he and his crew went to work to identify where the roof leak was and what would be necessary to repair. He gave me a very reasonable quote, which I agreed to and he said they would return the next day, Saturday to do the work. I was surprised they committed to working on a weekend. (Does not happen with local contractors.) They showed up on time and immediately began the repair. What was amazing was that the outside temp was 35 degrees, with a wind chill of 25. Ruben, Richard (aka. stick man) and Alexander were wonderful. Completed the repair in about 2 hours. I highly recommend this company and would even give them 6 or 7 stars, if I was able. Great company and good quality service. I have recommended them to my neighbors.

Got 5 quotes for work on a concrete tile roof, and while Lobo roofing wasnâ t the cheapest (they also werenâ t the most expensive either) they were the best value (amount and quality of work performed for the price). They performed thorough and efficient work on a roof that hadnâ t been maintained in over 5 years (we recently purchased the home). Bottom line - if you need roof work done, give Lobo roofing a call. I called Lobo Roofing on a Tuesday about raccoon damage to my asphalt shingle roof. Wednesday afternoon they came out to look at the damage and provide me with an estimate that I considered to be extremely reasonable. I expected to have to wait weeks for them to be able to come back out and do the work based on my recent experiences with other repair people. However, they were there Friday morning of that same week with the appropriate materials and ready to work. They did the work quickly and efficiently and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
