Liz was an absolute pleasure to work with. She is the best combination of knowledge, professionalism, and wisdom. She knows the market and understands the individual person. She understood exactly where we were coming from as sellers, and acting in our best interest without ever unduly pressuring us. I'd recommend to any one who has real estate needs in the San Antonio area.

From the get-go Liz was professional and obviously knew the business.  She recommended certain repairs/updates upon the consolation visit that I should've thought of a long time ago.  Kept me updated via phone calls, texts and e-mails.  Signing documents was made very easy via the Docusign service she suggested.

The house didn't sell as quickly as we would have liked, but I can't blame that on the agent. Liz provided quality service, it was just the housing market. I would definitely hire Liz again.

We decided to buy the home we were renting and found her by cross referencing names from here on Angie's List with a list of Realtors listed on a site about Texas Vet home loans, her office was close by, and when we called her she gave us a good impression. 
She was a Godsend! She is soft-spoken and kind and very professional, but don't let the niceness fool you, she is a savvy negotiator and very adept at advocating for you! She listens carefully to what you need to accomplish and gets it done! 
Every person she recommended to us, from repairmen to our loan team, were all top notch and had the same commitment to customer service. 
Overall it was a great experience and we HIGHLY recommend her if you are looking to buy, or to sell, your home! In fact, stop reading this and just call her right now - you won't be disappointed! 

Liz did a good job representing me (the seller).  She worked hard showing the home and getting the deal finalized.  She responded quickly to my emails, phone calls and any questions.  The cost of service was left blank because it's a commission based on the sale price of the home.
