Please do not allow this company to do work in your home. They damaged brand new washer and dryer by walking on top of them. Agreed to buy them. Took washer and dryer but never paid me the homeowner. THE COMPANY WILL NOT RETURN MY CALLS!!! After painting kitchen cabinets, paint chipped in 2 places in less than 3 months. I have contacted the BBB and will now contact the District Attorney's office.

Very disappointed in overall experience. Was Quoted by Liz that a Deposit was needed to schedule apply to review project. She verbally told me if we didn’t Use her company the deposit would be refunded. We ended up going with another company and she refused to reply to my phone calls and Texts when I tried to get our deposit back. We did not sign a contract guess it is my fault for trusting her word, but I am disappointed in The lack of respect and integrity to have experienced with this business owner. Would Never recommend her to anyone

Overall experience was awkward. Booked in Dec for work to be done in Feb. ZERO communication between time we booked and project start despite emailing, texting and sending facebook messages. Project was supposed to be cabinets doors & drawers, and backsplash however, the backsplash was not completed. Apparently the painter was unaware of project details- he said Liz would be contacting us regarding the backsplash. Liz did not call nor contact us except to request final payment where she said backsplash was removed…..granted this was via text. Glad I took advantage of the Thanksgiving/ Christmas sale because I certainly wouldn’t have paid more. There are drip marks, paint on my new microwave, and the cabinets/drawers were not wiped out from hardware installation.

Where can I even begin...I've been following Liz's instagram page for some time now and swooning over the transformations she does with people's kitchens. Our house was all builder grade when we moved in, and we didn't have the opportunity to customize, so I really wanted a change. Liz was easy to contact, quick to respond, and had great recommendations and vision for our kitchen. She worked within my budget and made sure to check in throughout the process to ensure that I was happy. She was willing to change my originally scheduled date to make it work for me, and kept to the schedule even though she was incredibly sick! I was comfortable putting a 30% deposit down because I knew the investment was worth it after seeing all of the great work she's done. The team was always on time, communicated well, was courteous and professional and did a great job cleaning up once the work was done. I can't wait to do my next project with them!
