They are prompt, professional, and do a great job at a reasonable price!

We've been using them now for a couple of years and this is the first time that they've really done major work. They did a beautiful job. They did the entire yard with sprinkler heads and also with drip hoses. In fact they put a drip hose under the grass on the strip between the sidewalk and the street, which was the first time I've ever seen this. I've got an area that I've never been able to grow and it looks beautiful out there right now. They did great work and I was just totally impressed. He's got a very well trained and talented team that knows what they're doing, which I think is the reason the results were so much better. They know what they're doing and are just totally professional. They have a great deal of experience between the different members of the team that have been with Al for quite awhile. He's had the same team with him for several years, which says a lot right away about the nature of their company because of how turnover is in the landscaping business. Those guys are really good and they've tackled some difficult problems out in the yard with the way the system was configured. They had to do some major reconfiguration on valves and all sorts of parts to this system. They put it altogether beautifully and I'm just delighted. It works so well. They're one of the best experiences I've ever had with anybody. I've used several companies over the years and their pricing is just as good or better than any that we've found. They were out here for days and I think they've earned every penny of what it cost given the nature of what they had to do to get this thing working right. I was wasting a lot of water and that was the thing concerning me the most. I was pouring water down the drain, literally, and now it's much more efficient and I'll regain a lot of what I've paid just in efficiency. They used very high quality materials and valves. Everything they used they've been using for sometime. They know what they're doing and they use good material. Al's great to work with. We've had a relationship just on minor stuff for a few years now, but this is the first time I've used him for something major. In my experience throughout he's been very responsive. Sometimes you can't get them to come back, for example, and Al personally came out last Thursday and tweaked a couple of things that needed a little bit of adjustments. I mainly just showed him how proud I was of the work that his team did because they just did an outstanding job. They've been very good about punctuality. I've been through a lot of times where you call a company and they don't show up, but these folks show up and they're good. I'm recommending them to all of my neighbors. A few of our neighbors do use them now. They seen their truck and had an opportunity to use them. They're a great company.

This company came highly recommended for spray irrigation but I don't believe they had much experience with drip irrigation installation. On iniitial estimate, they were estimating one third less piping that other three contractors. I would use this contractor had they had more experience in drip irrigation.

Contacted Al as a referral from my parents. He showed up very quickly and gave me a fair estimate. He wasn't the cheapest and for sure wasn't the most expensive. But being that he has treated my parents fairly for years, it gave him the edge. His two man crew installed the system and Al does the fine tuning. He explained things well, but the job took longer than i expected. But to be fair, the city inspector took his time to close the permit out. I wouldn't say that my system is the most sophisticated, but I did request some new technology that some other irrigators that came to my home were not familier with. Al was honest enough to tell me his opinion, and if he didn't know something he found out. Overall he gave me the new technology items I requested. His wife runs his office, she is a sweet heart on the phone. I will recommend Al with confidence.

Good experience overall

They did a good job and checked the entire system. They were very fair and reasonably priced. They are always punctual and friendly. It’s great to talk to their secretary and very nice people to deal with. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

They were professional and responsive. My overall experience with them was nice. Their quality of work was good.

They missed one leak and had to come back. Anyone else in town couldn't be over in 30 days, and they said they could come in 10 days. They always called me and let me know if they were going to be late or delayed, they were very friendly people and I recommended them to my father who needs a system. They took the job seriously and my sprinkler is still sprinkling.

The work was done when requested without delay. LPS has a very congenial crew.

When the servicemen arrived, they were very cheerful. I told the supervisor the problems, they checked out the system and he made recommendations. I gave them the okay to do the work. When they finished, he showed me the results, guaranteed the work and I paid them. The supervisor turned out to be the owner and you could tell from the very beginning that he really enjoyed making sure the job was done correctly.

They were going to try to fit me in before we went on vacation, but they were not able to get anyone to come out within 10 days. We mentioned that we were on Angie's List and they did not care.

Not good!

I was told that someone would arrive between 2 pm and 3pm. Tony called 30 minutes before arriving at my home at 2:30 pm. He was quick and methodical.

Explained problems to receptionist and her estimate was approx. $175. There would be no trip charge and they gave a window of 11-2 pm for 2 days later. An employee called before arriving at 1:30. He explained a valve needed to be replaced, he dug it out and put in a new one. He checked all sprinklers and adjusted as needed. Entire job took about an hour.

They scheduled an appointment for two days after we called the first time and they showed up exactly when they said they would. When we called them back, they showed up the next day when they said they would. They were pleasant and did the repairs without difficulty. We have used this company before and were happy with them before.

He was very professional and was nice to work with. He is a one man operation and did a great job. We will use him again in the future.

I do not have the price they charged me off hand but they came in just around the price I thought they would and the work they did was excellent. They had great respect for my lawn and the men were very professional and courteous. I wouldn t hesitate to refer them to others.

Fantastic. Very eager to help get the work done the same day, even though it had been raining for many days. Fixed the problem, went back to check on the connections after they dried, went back several days later to run the entire system to make sure there were no further problems. Never had anybody so accommodating. Really helped me out as I wasn't able to leave work to meet them. They worked with me!

Al comes and checks the system once a year. Twice I've had controls burn out and he replaced them but not until they needed replaced. I've never been over charged. Al always shakes my hand and looks me in my eye which I respect and is important to me. Very reasonably priced. Service is quick. I can call and get same week service.
