I called my property management company and they said they would call Liberty Air and that someone would call me to set up an appointment to stop by the house. Within an hour from calling my property management company, someone from Liberty Air called me and was able to send someone to my house that same afternoon, which was impressive as I know they and other heating and air companies were working around the clock because of the heat wave. (I had a called another company on my own prior to calling my property management company and the earliest they could send someone out was the next day).
That afternoon the service technician called me to let me know he was about 15 minutes away, which would put him at my house within the time window that they had given me. His name was Refugio and he was very polite and professional. He quickly identified the problem; however, he didn't have the exact same part that needed to be replaced and the company that supplied his parts didn't have it available either. So, Refugio was able to troubleshoot and put in a different part that would still cool my house and make it comfortable enough for us to sleep in that night.
Refugio could have left it at that, but the next day he was able to get the exact part that needed replacing and came back to the house to swap out the parts. He took this initiative on his own, which was very nice as he didn't have to since the AC unit had been cooling ok with the other part.
I was very pleased with the responsiveness and service provided and would recommend Liberty Air to anyone with an HVAC issue. Should I another issue with my HVAC, I will definitely use them again. However, I cannot report on price since this expense was covered by the owner of the house.
