We purchased a house with a pool and had never cared for one before. We purchased the pool school class from Leslies, and they came to our house and taught us how. Very worth the money. We wouldn't have been able to figure it out on our own. The guy that came out was punctual, professional, and patient with all of our questions.

Overall I think the employees have very good knowledge and are quite helpful in the store for parts that I know I need.

I am not so sure about the service side of the company. They seem to be over priced and not very punctual. I have tried once before to get service from Leslie's. I needed some filter work done. Once we agreed on a price they kept either not coming or they ordered the wrong part. I just canceled and used someone else.

This is the second time I have called Leslie's Pool Co. to have someone come to the house for service. The service people have been extremely nice and competent. I will call them whenever I have an issue with my pool. It does take about a week to get an appointment which might be too long for some people to wait.
