LENTZ PLUMBING

Called and left voice mal on May 17, 2021 regarding need for water heater replacement. As of May 22, 2921, my call was never returned.

After getting an utterly outrageous estimate from an online referral site, I called this company. Mr Lentz and his partner do work the old fashioned way - honest work for an honest price. At first I was sceptical because he was reluctant to give me an estimate ... he said it was difficult to do until they got in there and saw everything that needed to be done. But then he said something that persuaded me to hire him - "Look, we are honest; we charge a flat rate per hour; and I think it will take about 2.5 hours. Maybe a bit more, maybe a bit less." You know what? He was right. And I am SO happy to have hired him! Thank you, guys, so much!

Roger Lentz is very professional and reliable.

Mr. Lentz and his crew came to help me replace my water heater - which they did professionally and quickly. They then came during a 911 - a water pipe burst in my ceiling and basically turned my kitchen into a waterfall. They were super responsive and helpful throughout the emergency. Mr. Lentz is always quick to respond and he's quick to get the problem fixed. Excellent service.

These guys are great. Great work at a very reasonable price. The key is always a service company that takes pride in doing a good job. And, they do.

I used them before so it's been nothing but good service and good craftsmanship.  The interactions are good; top-notch.  It was pretty standard.  They did what they needed to do to fix the issue that I had at the time and they did it all in a timely manner.  They cleaned up great.

I received a recommendation on Roger in 2009 from a neighbor.  I keep that note and then checked AngiesList where I found his excellent reputation.  I ask him to improve a kitchen sink drain and discussed improving the 20 year old cutoffs and supply lines.  About two weeks later we again discussed the work and needed supplies and selected a date fitting both of our schedules.  They performed the work in about four hours.  They are friendly, knowledgeable, neat, didn't let any grass grow under their feet, and brought all the required supplies and equipment.  Roger later supplied a detailed bill by email.  My interest in updating near 20  year old plumbing came after a neighbor had a supply line burst.  Their pricing seemed quite fair after learning from a neighbor what he paid for similar work on one sink.

I have used Lentz for many many years and will continue using them as long as they are in business. They are the most reliable and honest plumber that I know of. I have even let them select the fixtures and iut has always been satisfactory.

They're punctual, clean, and reasonable. It's a very small plumbing company so you know who they're going to send over.

Excellent work. Roger and his plumbers are extremely punctual, courteous and professional. He has done remodeling work in my house on several occasions over the last 12 years, and the results were always impeccable, not to mention, his pricing is very reasonable.

I've used him a lot over the years. For the pricing, I think he is fine. He is a straight shooter.

He is good and pretty responsive because I would say right away. So he comes running. I like him. He is very honest. I would be getting him. If they tell me they are sending somebody else I would say no I need him. If it is important to me then he will come right away and if it is not important he would wait a day or two.

Used Lentz to reset a toilet in the master bathroom. Prompt, reliable, nice, trustworthy guys. I use them for all my plumbing work.

I decided to go with Lentz Plumbing partially because of the great reviews they had recieved from other members and partially because Roger Lentz came across to me as a knowledgeable individual I could trust could do a respectable job . Those reviews proved to be the difference along with my instincts in Roger which resulted in a successful project being completed. He was meticulous in his work and I beleive his many years of experience will result in no issues in the future.

George fix our clogged drain and pointed out other minor problems (hose from the dishwasher was not clamped down and pipe under sink had a crack). I expected that my bill would be outrageous for the extra work but it wasn't. This man was so helpful! He took the time to tutor us on how to prevent this from happening again. I am most pleased with this company, the are reasonably priced, knowledgeable, prompt, and friendly. I recommend them to all my friends and will never think of using anyone else again!
