I liked the guys; they were professional.  They told me what they could do, what they couldn't do and they were honest.  The only thing I didn’t like about them was they did not follow up afterwards but it wasn’t that big a deal, because I thought the price was very good.  Their price was better than other people were.  It is just that they told me they would follow up on something and they didn’t but it wasn’t a big deal.  When they were supposed to be here and do the work, they were here.  I have two little kids, I have a dog, and it wasn’t an easy work so I thought they were very good.  We recommend them to a co-worker of my wife and she was happy with their work too, so we were happy enough to recommend them.

I was in the process of purchasing a home.  A section of drywall needed to be repaired in order to be able to close.  A co-worker recommended them as they had used them to do some general work around their home.   

They were on time, clean (they cleaned up after themselves), and courteous.  I was intending on using them again as I had a part of a ceiling and a skylight that needed to be repaired, a lot of painting, windows to be resealed, fixtures to be changed, and other general work of the same nature.  I discussed some of this before they left and they appeared to be open to the work.  I called the following week on Thursday to make an appointment to discuss the additional work that needed to be completed.  I was told that the following Saturday would work but he was not sure of the time as he had other work pending.  I called Friday to see if he had a better idea on the time we would be able to meet and left a message.  I called Saturday and sent a text but never heard from them again. 

Jim did a great job. I would use him again. Very professional. He went out of his way in helping us get the doors we wanted and save money. He did an outstanding job!

I am usually skeptical of contractors, because you never know who or what you may get when you hire one. I am so pleasantly surprised and pleased of everything this Contractor (Jimmy) did. He told me his speciality was DOORS, but he also was well known for other jobs as well. He came over for an evaluation and estimate and after showing and telling him what I wanted, he stated, "No problem......I can do it". And he did.....and he did it well. I definitely lucked out with this Contracting Company. The name "LEGIT INSTALLATIONS", 110% describes his work ethic, pricing, and trustworthiness. He is genuine, honest, thorough, and just a fine young man. He's the type of person that you feel like you have known for years! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND him and I WILL BE HIRING him for other projects!!

My home was burglarized and my front doors were damaged. Legit Installations responded with temporary doors. The damaged doors were removed and temporary doors were installed. Jim made some great suggestions on how to reinforce the doors and other doors in the house. When my permanent doors came in Jim noticed that some of the hardware specs were off and he made sure they were corrected before installation. He installed the permanent doors and made some improvements to reinforce the doors. He repaired all of the trim and even re-mortared the threshold. He went even further and adjusted another door and reinforced another door. It was pleasure having him helping us out after this terrible incident. I have already recommended him to friends and coworkers.
