We are blown away by the quality of the workmanship, the quality of the products and the care they took to protect our house and cleanliness throughout the process. Kha did the initial quote and sale, and Brent and Christian did a bang up job of removing the old and installing the new, including a beautiful barn door into the new master bathroom. I would HIGHTLY recommend this company and its products and people.

I hired Legacy quite a while ago to redo my bathrooms. After they missed their initial start date, I gave them a negative review. The owner of the company contacted me personally. We talked for a long time and, bottom line, I agreed to have them complete one bathroom before allowing them to do the main bath. I’m glad I did. The workers were great, always in time and courteous. They even kept an eye on my dog when I was out. The bathroom looks amazing and I’ve scheduled to speak with the designer for the main bath. It’s expensive and I probably won’t get my money back when I sell. But, I won’t be thinking of that when I’m taking a shower in my new shower!

They are fast and easy to work with. The workmen were professional and pleasant. They didn't start work until they had all the materials so were finished in a couple of days. By far the least stressful remodel I've ever done. On the minus side, their prices are high which is why I gave them 4 stars instead of 5.

They did an amazing job went above and beyond for us! We are enjoying this beautiful walk in shower with bench everyday and it makes us smile !

From the planning of our remodel to its completion, [company name removed] was a joy to work with. The plans they came up with were exactly as we had envisioned. The work was done in the time they had quoted us. There was a leak after the completion, but when we called them, they came immediately and fixed it. There was damage done to some flooring in our hall, and they "stood by us" and saw that it was fixed to our satisfaction. There are lots of companies who can remodel a bathroom. The very best will fix any problems you encounter along the way. [company name removed] did that. We are super impressed and very pleased with the professionalism of everyone we worked with.

The only reason I didn't rate them A all the way across the board, was that I feel their pricing was quite a bit more than average for a bathroom remodel. However, I also feel that if you need a bathroom done quickly, they are the ones to call. They did my entire job in 4 days.

The workmanship was excellent. The end result is beautiful. Pricey, but excellent quality. The workmen cleaned up at the end of each day and the job only took two days, being completed on 01-04-2012. Several years later, on a Saturday, we found a leak in the plumbing that had been installed. The owner himself arrived within an hour of our phone call, and on Monday sent a repairman to fix the problem. We would highly recommend this company to others looking for a quality remodel..

[company name removed] is on the expensive side but you get what you pay for and much much more. They do the job start to finish with no delays. There are no outside contractors. They have their own professionals, i.e. plumbers, electricians, carpenters, etc. They were extremely accommodating to me, my family, and my pets. There was no collateral damage to floors, walls, furniture, etc. They cleaned up everything very well at the end of the job. I absolutely LOVE my new bathroom and so does everyone that I drag in there to see it!

The team arrived promptly, and put down paper and plastic to protect the house. They were extremely polite, hard working and CLEAN! They did an amazing job transforming our bath into a super nice shower with quality heavy glass doors. I was concerned it would look like a cheap insert, but it looks and feels solid and great! Everyday they cleaned up their mess and vacuumed. After going through a nightmare bath remodel on our other bathroom, this was so refreshing and pleasant! Plus, they got it done in two days as promised! They were pricy, but they were worth it.

Went reasonably well.

We had a big remodel job in our masterbath. They did a custom shower (enlarged our previous shower), put in a Venetian Stone color shower background with deco trim, put new countertops on 2 vanities, put up new light fixtures that we had bought. This required cutting new openings in our walls and re-painting and texturing the walls where the old holes were. They framed 3 mirrors and put all new fixtures on the sinks and bathtub. They also enclosed the base and backdrop around our bathtub and a decorative pedestal area. They were always ontime and the workmanship was excellent. We had a slight problem with the workers not putting up plastic to keep dust out of our bedroom. Before I noticed this, the dust had come into the bedroom. I talked to the owner and they took care of cleaning my bedroom and comforter. It probably ended up being cleaner than when we first bought the house! It has been 3 years since we had the bathroom redone and it still looks as good as the day they finished it. Everyone who sees it raves about how nice it looks. I can't say how well they stand behind the warranty because we haven't had a single issue. Based on my experience with them though, I would expect them to stand behind their product. I would have liked to do our other 2 guest bathrooms, but it is pretty expensive. Maybe in the future....
