If I could give NO stars I would!!! THIEVES THIEVES THIEVES!!! They do not care about stealing from their customers and doing NO work for it!! They went out of there way to reschedule and try billing for an old address services were discontinued on, and continued to proceed with charging and TIPPING for services they never completed !!!! Even with proof they were more concerned with firing the employee than refunding money for a job that was NOT complete !!!! I’ve been a loyal customer with services to more than one address and SEVERAL referrals!! This company shows no appreciation or loyalty !! DO NOT TRUST THEM THEY ARE ALL PERFECTLY FINE WITH STEALING!!!

I created a new account with them and schedule someone to come out within a week. I got a cancellation so waited until the reschedule date and got another cancellation. I emailed them about this with concerns that the grass will become overgrown. They told me they are sorry and want to ensure things are done correctly and gave me a discount on the mow. So I wait again the reschedule data. It rained for about 10 minutes, and other mowers were out that day but I got another cancellation. So I wait again for the reschedule and it has been several weeks at this point. I get another cancellation. I email them about this and they said they would talk to their "pro" and make sure the grass gets cut. They never mention my concerns about an overgrown grass at this point that stated clearly. I get another notice on the reschedule date that the lawn pro is on site! Nope, I am working from home. No one is at my house all day. I then get a bill for a mow that just didn't happen. So I email them explaining everything to this point. They said once again they would fix everything and send someone out. My lawn is quite overgrown at this point being weeks after the initial attempt to get my hard mowed. My next email from the company explained that my yard was overgrown and they wouldn't mow it without paying $122 from their "pros" quote. Ignoring this absurd situation, my yard was not worth $122 even being overgrown. This was a "go away" charge to get rid of me as a customer because their "pro" didn't want me. This wasn't even close to reasonable. So they cancelled on me 4 times. Fraudulently charged me for a mow that never happened. Then they tried to get me to pay more money. I am sure that some people have good experiences with this service because there are probably "pros" that do good jobs. But, if the company doesn't care who they are hiring as "pros" then you are entering a gambling game. My "pro" wasn't remotely communicative or professional. I was lied to at every point. They should pay attention to who they hire and work on being honest providers. I would stay away and just find someone local to trust.

Awful! I was looking for another lawn service company to do my yard. I hired Lawn Love lawn service. I was quoted a price of $41 for my front and back yard. Prior to my scheduled date I spoke and text this company. They agreed that they will mulch cut (they described it as double pass) my front yard and bag the grass clippings for backyard since I am allergic to fresh grass clippings. They also informed me that they will blow the clippings from all hard surfaces. Their pro showed up Wednesday and inforned the company I had tall grass which meant another $20. My grass is cut higher due to the hot temperature and drought in Texas. I admit there were some grass shooters near the sidewalk but the rest were not tall. My grass was cut 2 weeks before by another company. Their "pro" cut my grass lower and it looked like a 12 year old cut it. There were grass clippings all over the yard. It didn't look like mulch cut. The backyard was the same. Their pro did not bag the grass clippings! There were grass clippings all over my rocks and patio. This pro didn't even have a blower with him! I called and text this company to complain and they backed their pro. No resolution was done/given. They took my money and ran! If my grass was as tall as this pro claimed, it would have taken him an hour or more to cut my grass. He was done in less than 25 minutes I would not recommend this company to anyone in Texas. Don't hire them! Terrible service!

I think they send out just one gentleman, but he is very attentive to detail. He comes when I am not here and their accounting system is easy to use online so I don't have to worry about it. They charge me online and there is no contract.

No bush trimming occurred until contacting the company. Then they charged us a full service fee for the trimming. Eventually was credited. Went through 3 different subcontractors in a matter of a few months. Failed to show-up on occasion but did reschedule dates. Just not reliable on a routine basis. Finally cancelled services. Cost is per visit.

The service worked out well. They did a pretty good job. Some of the areas in the backyard were not finished to the quality I would expect. There were just a few missed areas as far as getting leaves up and things. It was not anything major, nothing to go below a B grading.
