KJK Appliance Repairs

The technician responded quickly and appeared to know the problem but it did not solve the issue. Manufacturer sent out their authorized repairman and it turned out to be an entirely different repair. The manufacturer scheduled the repair and they paid for it. However, KJK returned the money he charged when we told him what the problem turned out to be. He was very nice and polite, and appeared to be experienced although the problem was in the circuitry and not what the repairman from KJK diagnosed.

KJK (Jay) was quick to respond to my call while he was out on another service call, and was able to come and fix my washer when finished with his first customer. He knew immediately what the problem was and fixed it quickly; had the parts he needed with him and didn't have to delay fixing my machine by ordering parts. I had a house full of out-of-town family for the week visiting for a special event, and getting my washing machine fixed quickly was a major necessity. His price was fair and reasonable. Thankful for Jay's expertise and fast service!

Jay called within a minute of my posting on Angie's list. We set up an appointment for that day. He showed up on time and was very professional. He showed us that the refrigerator computer had gone out. He gave us an estimate which we decided with the age of the refrigerator to just replace the refrigerator. The freezer he was able to do a reset which worked perfectly. He even offered to remove the broken refrigerator. Of course, we accepted. We will definitely use his services and Angie's List when needed again.

The technician was very prompt and courteous. He was knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem immediately. Same day service was an added bonus. I would definitely hire this company again. Thanks.
