They're definitely an A, if you can, give them an A plus.? There was nothing I disliked about their services.? They were great. They had communication.? They came in a assessed the situation and they were able to fix it at a very good price.? They saw that the company before them did a crappy job to put it lightly and they understood our situation and they were able to help us out.? Interactions with them were very good, very professional and very educational.? The work turned out very well.? The AC is running great.? Definite A for quality.? They were on time.? Most definitely, I will use them again in the future.? ??

Requested a BID for an a/c that was leaking. Bowen went in and added freon to the tune of $292 without asking or permission. No Authorization to add Freon!! On their invoice wrote "found low on freon.. needs replacement" Well, duh. I knew that - it had been diagnosed by another company the week prior and that is why I requested a second opinion!!!! NO AUTHORIZATION to work on equipment, and the first company who looked at it had put in $300 worth of Freon about 9 days before!! Property Manager confirmed they did NOT ask for repairs and were not asked about adding freon or band=aiding the system further.
