Our experience with Mario Hesles was nothing less than exceptional. We were overseas and received assignment orders to San Antonio. I contacted Mario Hesles and he immediately responed and opened the door of communications. He walked us thru our needs, desires, limitations, and concerns. Over the next three months he sent us many home listings, and as time went he narrowed the selections down to those we found most desirable. After selecting several to look at, my wife and I flew in from Korea for one week. On our first day with Mario, he took us to the listing we had liked the best and I noted that he was making notes the entire time on those items we liked and those we disliked about each. By mid afternoon that first day, Mario suggested we look at new homes as those changes my wife was looking at making in most of the homes we had seen would probably be better suited for a NEW home. By 3pm that day, he showed us the model home that was EXACTLY what my wife wanted, size, price, features, amenities, etc. We put a deposit on that home that day. The bottom line is that due to the effort Mario put into determining what we really wanted and needed, he came up with the perfect plan for existing and new homes... and showed us both. By the end of the first day we had found our ideal home all due to his professional abilities in observing and knowning what it was we were really looking for. He is easy to work with, very professional, worked purely on our behalf in making suggestions and negotiations and has been at every meeting and inspection to ensure it was done right. I would most certainly recommend Mario Hesles of Keller Williams realty to anyone who is looking for a home in the San Antonio area. I worked with several other realtors and realty companies in the past when buying other homes, and this has been the very best and easy experience we have every had. I will most certainly use Mario for any future purchases and will recommend him to all my friends needing these type of services in the San Antonio area.

The Reyes family came out to look out our house, estimated what we could get for it, and made some suggestions for showing it. I believe it had over 30,000 viewings on their internet program, and was shown several times every week (through multiple listing). We had several offers. In the meantime, we were sent internet viewings of homes we might be interested in. There was almost daily communication with the agents.
Once we had accepted an offer on our house, RJ and Shanna helped us with choosing a new house. The process was almost painless. There was some juggling involved (we closed on the old one day and the new the next) and we were just amazed at their knowledge, patience and hard work. We would use their services again in a heartbeat, except that we love where we are and don't plan to move!

I had no dislikes at all. They worked really hard with us to find exactly what we were looking for.
