Eileen and Phillip are the best! They sold our condo in San Antonio and we bought with them a new house. We are planing on buying an investment house again in the future and with no doubt we will contact them again. They are extremely profesional and they truly care for their clients doing MUCH more than expected, they are ALWAYS in contact and take care of every minimum detail that most realtors wouldn’t even consider. As long as they are in the business I would never consider working with other realtors in San Antonio. They are amazing.

It went as good as it could have. Philip Tardbania, our realtor, was a real asset throughout the whole process. He prepared us for everything that was going on at each stage of the looking for and buying of our house. After about four months, we bought a great house and we could not be happier.

It went as well as could be expected. Mr. Dunn went above the call of duty to sell our house but the Canyon Lake market is far behind San Antonio and New Braunfels. Just no buyers in our price range. We decided not to sell and took the house off the market.
If we ever decide to sell our house Jim Dunn will be the first realtor we call.

He knows a lot about home buying especially for us first timers. We met and he had a slideshow presentation for us about everything that we were going to go through so that there were no surprises. I t was very nice because I did a lot of research and still did not know about many of the tings he mentioned. We talked about our wants and needs, schools, neighborhoods etc. He sent us all the mls listings of the ones that fit our criteria. We checked either, interested ,maybe or not interested  and then he compiled a list and we saw several in a couple of hours. We met on a Saturday with about 11 of our family members who wanted to look too and he was very supportive of this and did not get annoyed at all. It was fun.  He pushed us in the right direction and asked alot of questions to figure out what we really wanted. He did a great job. We closed a couple of weeks ago and I still keep in contact with him. Even invited him to the house warming party. He is a great guy working for a great company.

As a first-time homebuyer, I had numerous ideas in mind for my house. Pam helped me to focus and find a new house with the mortgage priced well below my BAH. Also, during the walk-thru, Pam was essential in identifying cosmetic issues with the home that I initially missed. Pam must have been a drill sergeant in a former life.
