Bill explained his fees in advance. He showed up on time. He fixed the door, which needed rebalancing and reprogramming, and lubrication. He did not try to upsell. The repair cost is what he said it would be.

Bill is great! He contacted me within an hour, was able to come look at my issue that needed repaired. He explained everything before doing any repairs. Bill honestly represented the amount if work needed to accomplish our goals. He could have recommended more work than was necessary. He was very prompt about getting to our garage door. Very personable, cared about everything being just right. Didn't leave until everything was done and perfect. Also installed the garage door opener. He then programmed the garage door opener to our pickup. He has also worked on our other garage door when it was not working. He always cleaned things up before he left. We highly recommend him.
